Good gaming and activities area. Food was ok. They are tying to be 5 star and are progressing with good service. Nice environment and great room.

Certain facilities were closed due to covid but gym and childrens playroom were deemed okay. No mention whatsoever when booking since it is not mandated by the authority. Throwing a company party on the other hand seems okay with the hotel with no social distancing whatsoever being enforced. It makes you wonder who came up with such contradicting policy. The only restaurant serving dinner was drown by karaoke nutjobs from the party that made dining absolutely unbearable. Imagine my surprise as I was expecting a quiet retreat by the lake. On top of that, safety box in room that cant be locked, mosquitoes nets were torn and the toilet smelled like mould. Room service was stated 24 hrs but guess what, kitchen was closed past midnight. In all, one of the worst 4 star hotel I stayed.

部屋はよかったのですが、朝ご飯で卵を焼くスタッフが咳し鼻をかんでいたのでお皿を触る前に手を洗ってと言うと手であしらわれて、洗わないと言われた。とても不潔で不愉快でした。ホテルスタッフの教育を指導すべきだと思います。

리조트인 만큼 도심에서 차로 이십분정도 산속으로 들어가야함. 호텔<->도심 왕복 무료 셔틀이 하루 네번 정도 있음. 방은 깔끔한데 에어컨이 없고 선풍기가 있었음. 달랏이 한국관광객이 별로 없어서인지 식당에 한식이 없음. 그리고 방간 방음이 잘 안됨. 리조트를 원하는 게 아니라면 도심에 위치한 호텔이 더 낳아보임.

No aircon in the room, quite stuffy when the weather is hot. Service is so so as it was a bit slow. Other than that, fantastic views & facilities.

They said nothing, I ordered sides, but steak arrived with mash and veggies. So wasted money there. Front desk unwelcoming. This is clearly an upmarket resort for Vietnamese families only. I was the only Westerner and got quite fed up with constant stares of disapproval. The grounds and rooms are wonderful, but plenty of similar nearby hotels for non Vietnamese visitors.

The setting of the resort is on a lake which gives a peaceful & relaxing setting. Two things of note: you are about 4 miles from town. They do provide shuttle service 3 times a day to town. We booked what we thought was a 2 bedroom villa on the lake as we were 2 couples traveling. When we got to our villa (which was wonderful) it turns out we were in 2 ensuite bedrooms downstairs with complete strangers in the upstairs bedroom. You are to share the livingroom, dining room & kitchen. We immediately phoned the desk ... not their fault, it is fault of booking company. Next day their was a different couple upstairs ... neither couple was aware either they would be sharing. The resort has made no effort to check or correct booking services ... and they seem to have no interest in doing so. Overall the resort is very relaxing ... just be sure to check where they put you. The villas are only 3, 4 or 5 bedroom!!

This place is isolated and quiet! Love it! If you are wanting to get away and relax this is your go to place. The only suggestion that I have is they need AC in the rooms. The food choices are good and the staff are excellent.

Best location to enjoy nature, landscape is wonderful, just right next to lake. A lot of attractions around. City is 10 minutes away.

There is so many things wrong and so many things right with this hotel. Never had such mixed feelings about any hotel. Ill just make a list with pros and cons: -very friendly staff -super fast room service -big modern rooms -good functional bathroom design -god water pressure and temperature -2 garbage bins and cheap minibar -big breakfast menu, good western food -very good price -nice nature environment Cons -worst bed ive had in any 3-4 star hotel, low quality, old and broken bedsheets -staff doesn't know how to make a bed -no actual bed, just higher ground, mattress and bed sheets slipping away -we ordered something to eat to out room, after having finished we put the dishes in front of the room - 3 days later they were still there -tv quality was bad -internet was so horribly slow it was unusable -vietnamese breakfast was soso, yoghurt was sour The bed and internet were the worst things. I really hope they're gonna change the beds and upgrade their internet - not coming back till then. Besides that the hotel was lovely.

Terracotta is actually 4kms outside Da Lat. It is clearly a hotel for middle class Vietnamese. Foreigners are rare here and English is not spoken widely. No outdoor pool and seating at all, indoor pool in the spa only. They wanted to charge for use of the steam room, which we thought was a little odd. The staff were reluctant to deliver any advice or colour regarding local attractions - any vaguely complex requests were met with a shrug and a smile. All a distinctly communist feel about the place, in stark contrast to everywhere else we travelled to in Vietnam.

The scenic of the resort is totally excellent. Highly recommended

Hotel was nice, about 20 minutes drive away from the main center which kept it well away from the noise. The only downside to our experience was breakfast, despite the variety the quality wasn't where we were expecting given it's proximity to the main farming centre of the country Da Lat.

Great view and clean rooms. love the staff who helped to prepared my wife surprise flowers and cake.

Good place to get chill n relax. Enjoy the fresh air n serene environment

A typical resort hotel. We could relax so much. Highly recommended for people who wants to enjoy good escape from daily stressful life.

Room is too hot and it is not a single king size bed, it is two single bed joined together, very uncomfortable.Morning buffet breakfast foods never top up and finshed plates all lie on the table look dirty.

very big rooms, nice and clean, good selection for breakfast

A nice hotel surrounded with beautiful flowers and tranquil environment to relax your mind. The staff are friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is nice.

Overall it was a good day except for the breakfast sucked and when we were leaving they wanted to make my taxi wait so that they could make sure we didn’t steal anything from the minibar! We didn’t take anything from the minibar. Also the deposit had to be cash not a credit card can you please update yourself to 2018?!
