My room smelled like someone had smoked a pack cigarettes in it. The stale cigarette smell caused my husband and i to both have headaches due to us being nonsmokers. So we packed up and left at 1:30 am. If you are a smoking facility then that should be said up front.

Had to throw away our socks dew to the dirty floors. Tub was so disgusting and when we asked the front counter person to have someone come and clean it, he looked at the clock and was very hesitant to call his wife to go and clean it. I do not recommend staying there

I’ll start by saying I’m VERY easy to please with hotels. I understood booking a smaller hotel in a smaller town wouldn’t be a luxury experience, however this hotel may be one of the worst I’ve stayed at. During my stay there was some construction or renovations happening, that’s not their fault but upon check in there was a sizable leak in the front room. Pros: - Cheap - Bed was decent and I slept well - staff at check in was friendly Cons: - 2/3 of my lamps didn’t work - cracks in ceiling - molding in the bathroom was peeled off. - tub/shower wasn’t clean - towels had black marks on them and folded as new. One towel was torn and frayed like a cat - Wi-Fi was spotty there like 7 networks for the hotel (also wasn’t given password upon check in) - shampoo/soap provided was the barest quality. It honestly seems like the bare minimum is provided to guests and the turn over service is lacking the basics of a hotel. Won’t be staying here again

I notified front desk of my only concern; the air conditioner louvers were absent so the cool air just blew across the floor, not up into the air. This made it uncomfortable.

The employees are very friendly, rooms are spacious and clean.

The front desk & maid are very nice & accommodating. The prices are affordable as well.

This was a nasty hotel. Dirty floors (bare feet were filthy after walking on it), dingy and stained towels, and creepy weekly rental people. This was almost a homeless shelter.

Was given a room on the backside of hotel. The problem was that my wife has a bad hip and could not walk around the entire property too get to the room. Was given a refund, The man issue was communicating. His accent and my hearing loss, made it extremely difficult.

It had a nice view of a cemetery and has a Golden Coral next door. The "disco" lights outside were a nice touch and the front desk guy at night was nice, but thats where ill leave it at. This Red Roof was much "different" than all the others we've stayed at.

We were to have a smoke free room as soon as we walked in we were engulfed in smoke smell. Burn marks all over fridge, microwave, tub. No fire alarm stained shades, and vent in bathroom falling off. Very disappointed!!!!! Do not recommend !

I did not like the fact you could not park outside your room. There was grass instead of a parking lot. The bed was hard as a brick. The tub at cigrette burns on it. There was not enough water pressure in the shower to get the shampp out of your hair. There was black stuff on the floor when you walked in the room. The maid just threw the covers over the bed. She did not change them while we were there for 3 days.

They were working on some things at the property. Not sure what. The outside area that we were on looked clean. The only thing i didnt like was you could not park in front of your room. You had to park up front and then walk to your room.

At least 3 rooms had bed bugs, sheets were dirty, stained and had holes in them. Floors were dirty. Most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed.

Pillows were flat and hard. Hot water in shower was great

I loved it was very private and no one bothered me. Very easy check-in and also check-out. I will be back loved the room.

The gentleman who checked me in was extremely nice. This is probably the best red roof I’ve stayed in. Rooms were clean and surprisingly had no odor. I stayed at a different property a few weeks ago, and they really had me 2nd guessing if I should book with this property. Overall tonight’s experience reset my opinion on Red Roof. I am high satisfied with my choice in stay tonight.

WiFi didn’t work. Went to desk and ask for password as one required on sbd the other was listed as 2.4 and never loaded. Check in clerk was the most friendly

Location ws ideal; walking distance to restaurants. Wifi didn't work for some reason.

I didn't like the fact that the bedding smelled of cigarettes may me think they were not charged from the last person who was a smoker and the shower was hard to turn on and off and no towel rack or hooks to hang stuff on and dirty looking towels where someone used to wipe up something dirty and when washed didn't come clean and bedding had all kinds of stains on them I enjoyed my stay

It was ok

We were in town for a collegiate event. Our arrival was delayed and the manager was very accommodating in checking us in at 3am. That was much appreciated. The hotel is undergoing improvement including new stairs and wood railing along upstairs rooms. Work was done during the late morning and early afternoon so as to be respectful to the people staying. The area felt safe and there were many restaurant options in the immediate vicinity.
