The staff we delt with were amazing and friendly. The room was clean as it should be. They need to take a little more time cleaning the corners in the bathroom where dirt builds up. The free breakfast and coffee were good. Our room had been damaged from a water leak at some point. The repairs they made were not very good. Thats why im only giving 4 stars. I would be happy to stay here again. Im very picky when it comes to hotels as i travel alot and ive seen it all!

The sink in room 125 is clogged.

Bathroom had dirty towels. Coffee filter tray looked used but not changed. Shower seemed clogged. Door on shower was loose. Mattress on pullout couch was stained.

This property was so quiet, even on weekends when it seemed to be booked up. There was a notice when I arrived that the property was out of hot water. I was so disappointed after having traveled a long day, but my room actually had warm water and I was not affected. As a single woman traveling, I felt very safe in this property.

When we arrived there was no hot water. Was told it would be fixed between 12pm and 2pm the following day. By that evening, still not fixed. Ended up staying again as it was too late to get another room. No hot water the next day. Was told I needed to speak to the manager. The manager was never available and has yet to contact me.

Angela at front desk was fantastic! We enjoyed our stay and our trip. Comfy bed. The free breakfast was excellent as well. Outstanding front desk professional (Angela) and fantastic breakfast.

There was NO hot water for the shower. The girl in the lobby seemed to think this was normal. Other guests were complaining to her about this when I walked by so I didn’t bother.

Dangerous Vagrants wondering around the property breaking into vehicles. Rude DEI staff that dont know how to do basic job functions. Room had bedbugs and was dirty, beds werent made, dirty towels, other peoples clothes trash was full. Refused to refund or relocate room. Forced to do a charge back. Marriot has historically been great for me, this is the first bad marriot experience in thirty years...

Continued issues with cold water. If available, get a room in the lower single digits, on any floor, which are on the east side of the hotel. They are the ones with warm water. Any room above a 10 usually gets colder water as you go up in number. Seems that they are aware of it, but nothing has changed in the several months I have been here.

Room layout is good, but what a mess. Carpet had not been vacuumed (debris everywhere and a pair of sunglasses left on the floor), dried goop on the light switch entering the room, and hair left in the sink and shower. Requested the room to be cleaned while I was gone the next day and nothing was done except making the bed. They transferred me to a different room. Also, in a hotel not near filled I was initially given a room looking straight at the back of a building facade wall. After I checked out I was phoned that I had left a laptop and other items in my room. I had them all with me. Overall, a disorganized disaster.

One of the best hotels we stayed at during our mini vacation. Seth at the front desk was very polite and quick to get us checked in. Quite a selection for breakfast too. Would stay here again if we're ever in Anderson Indiana again.

We had an exceptional overnight stay at this hotel with our family. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable retreat, and the staff's hospitality exceeded our expectations. The amenities were fantastic, and our kids especially enjoyed the pool. The hotel's central location made visiting with family and exploring the city convenient. Overall, a memorable experience that deserves a solid 5 stars.

Have stayed there before. The best hotel in the local area. Very expensive. It and Hampton Inn at that location have been more costly than hotels closer to Indianapolis.

We had a nice experience with the check in, a wonderful nights sleep but absolutely no hot or even luke warm water the next morning for showers. We asked for any type of compensation for this inconvenience and we're told it would be our responsibility to follow up on it at a later date. We are traveling and won't bother with that but also will not return here or recommend this hotel.

The TV didn’t work in our room so we had to change rooms. There was only one coffee cup in the room so we had to get another one. The staff was helpful in coming right up to checkout the TV. The breakfast was OK.

The water was a problem. I was told by the desk staff that I needed to run the water a long time before it would get hot. It was a very long time--what a waste. I'll take that good rating for eco-friendly.

We were disappointed in the breakfast. It was not kept filled and tables were not clean.
We were not told that the bath towels would not be replaced and the bed made until after it wasn’t done and our towels were on the floor because that is what the sign in the bathroom said to do to get new towels. We did get the front desk to give us towels after questioning why we didn’t get them.

Front staff pleasant enough but never at the desk. Had to yell hello in order to get someone to come out. The bathroom had cobwebs in the corner and dirt buildup in the corners of the floor. Yuck.
