Very clean, comfortable, quiet
The front desk staff was a little rude. When I called to make sure my reservation went through she was breathing all hard in the phone like I was interrupting her time.
The shower water was luke warm even after letting it run the first night. The next day the shower water was luke warm but after about 5 mins kept switching from hot to luke warm.

Canceled my room when I was almost there . I got confirmation 24 hrs prior. Said there was a glitch in their system and didn’t have a room available now. Have stayed here numerous times . Won’t be back !

Location and check in desk clerk was very nice.
My wife and I inadvertently reserved two rooms in each of our names. Long story short, she was checked into one room in my name, one room in hers. She did not mention anything about my name. This left 2 vacant rooms. One in each of our names. We were charged for 3 nights in two additional rooms. Per hotel policy, a no show charge (which I fully understand charging) should have only been assessed for one night, not 3.
We were charged an additional charge in excess of $1400.
I tried to deal with the matter via the hotel. After no response from the hotel manager for 2 weeks, I contacted corporate customer service. I was assured I would hear back from the hotel manager within a day. A week later with no answer, I inquired again. Today, 5 weeks after the initial stay, I finally received an impersonal form letter response denying any refund with no reason why.
I’m thoroughly disappointed in the customer service more than the financial impact, although I believe at least 2 nights should be refunded.
I will not be staying at another Marriott and will encourage others to follow suit.

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and nice. Did not mind being snowed in here one bit!

when we arrived, the assistant manager was working was incredibly rude. tried to take our cash without putting it in the register. gave me a piece of paper that said, “paid cash”. I asked for an official receipt and she got hostile. I kept very calm the entire time but she at one point said, “I don’t want this job anyways, take the cash” when I asked her to call corporate if she couldn’t provide me a receipt or get in touch with her manager to help out. she also told me I’d be billed for $20 a night additionally but refunded which was never stated anywhere before booking this hotel. it’s been almost a month now and I’ve yet to receive that refund. I called and spoke to the manager about it and she said it’d come a few days after, never happened.
I also started recording my bizarre interaction with the assistant manager because it was just wild.
our room was clean but they they put us over the pool, so after a day I’m guessing the air freshener wore off because it just smelt like chlorine everywhere in the room.

There was no mention when booking that the pool was down nor that the only operating ice machine was on the 3rd floor. This place isn’t that old don’t understand why they have these issues.When asked do you give discounts because of these thing was told no we don’t do that. You can take $10 worth of things from the snack center as a offset.

Breakfast was good. The location is great. It’s close to restaurants and shopping.

The atmosphere was great the staff was great the breakfast was great I just can’t understand why I never received my deposit back from my room an when I called an asked about it I was rushed off the phone I find that very unprofessional but my problem with my deposit I never received it

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and the hotel offered breakfast.
The water in the shower doesn’t stay hot long and it doesn’t have much force but other than that everything else was great.
