We were very pleased with our stay at the Keemala resort. The villa was beautiful and provided a lot of comfortable spaces to enjoy the magnificent view. The service at the hotel was spectacular. The included breakfast restaurant buffet and in room options were both amazing! We highly enjoyed our stay and only wish we had spent more time there!

It was almost perfect. They could reach perfection if more than one restaurant existed. But still, everything was wonderful.
We went to Keemala for our honeymoon in September. It was stormy season, and people working in hotel changed our hotel room to a higher rated room, the reason was if we stayed in villa that we chose, it was harder to sleep due to rain drops. They were very thoughtful and nice.

The service and the room design are absolutely amazing. However, there are many critters and geckos roaming around the resort, so be prepared to listen to those gecko’s chirpings at midnight.

This was the nicest place that I’ve ever stayed. My accommodations were perfect and the staff was incredible. My Butler, Tony, was able to arrange all my activities (Phi Phi Le, scuba diving, etc), dinner reservations and transportation when needed. A true professional. I loved the fact that the resort also had scheduled transportation to/from Kamala Beach where there were beach chairs, umbrellas and lots of food vendors. Other reviews mention, mosquitos, but you are on a hillside, in the jungle, so they should be expected here and everywhere else in Phuket. I’m highly recommending, Keemala.

It was my honeymoon stay and I can confidently say that it was one of a lifetime experiences at this magnificent resort. I booked the bird nest option and it has exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and professional! They helped us in every detail and escorted us to wherever we wanted to go. The entire resort is beautiful for photography and videography. I totally recommend it for anyone coming to Phuket.

The staff and service is just amazing. Very helpful and attentive but not in the way. The rooms are much more spacious than the photos indicate. The food was excellent and the pools wonderful. We’ll be back!

This is the most magical place I’ve ever stayed at. The service is phenomenal and the birds nest room we stayed in was gorgeous. I actually felt emotional walking in, it was so beautiful!
The outdoor pool was so fun and welcome on a hot day. It was nestled in the jungle which felt magical.
The ‘extras’ make this a 5 star stay - little daily hand made snacks wrapped in leaves, they seemed to anticipate our needs too and would be waiting to give us a ride (maybe all the cctv cameras?!), the staff were so friendly and accommodating.
My only negative is the lack of drawers to put clothes away. There was not a single dresser. Even a few hooks to hang stuff or towels would be nice.
If you have mobility issues or can’t see well (ie when you get up at night to pee!), it is very tricky to maneuver around. Lots of unexpected step downs, stairs and objects in your way makes it a toe stubbing certainty!
I highly recommend this place even for a few nights (it’s pricey!).

We loved staying at Keemala, the staff was extremely nice and hospitable. We came to stay one night here during our honey moon and were surprised with some champagne, a decorated room and a beautiful landscape. Thank you for hosting us!

The service and the facilities was very good the room where extraordinary very good breakfast nice staff and beautiful facility’s and the room was the most amazing room I’ve ever been to but even after all this the price just don’t add up it’s worth to do once in your life but I wouldn’t stay here more than a couple of days when the price is so high you can get hotels and resorts with almost same level of service and facilities for a much better price I have nothing bad to say about the hotel except the price had a perfect stay and felt like a new man when I left

It was a beautiful stay in a beautiful hotel, little bit of hiccup when switching rooms but the general manager mr jason solved all issues brilliantly. It’s an adventure to enjoy to stay in a tropical jungle with modern set up. We tried both tree house and bird nest suites, and both were beautifully decorated with large jacuzzi swimming pools that overlooks breath taking lush mountain and sea. It is a tropical area so u should be ok with what lives there if u want to enjoy the place. Thanks keemala for these beautiful memories.

Interesting hotel. We were expecting more for the price you pay, when you compare this property to say the Shore at Katathani or the Banyan Tree then it is way overpriced in terms of the pools, privacy, breakfast and grounds, views etc. This is a lovely hotel but there is a lot or noise from the main road ( needs thicker glass ) . Breakfast was OK but not 5 star. Some staff were great while others were inexperienced. The tent room was very nice, excellent shower very comfortable bed. Room services food was 1st class but pricey. Can't fault the room but in a competitive market like Phuket there are many other 5 star hotels that have better locations, offer better grounds, better staff and dinning. I wanted to love this place but can't recommend it
