Overall the stay was good. The pool area was conjested at times and some other residents would reserve their sunbeds from the night before. This caused some issues and complaints but management applied their policy a few days after our stay started which made it fair for all.

Amazing hotel, huge pool, breathtaking view from the balcony. Very good food in the main restaurant and pool bar, exceptional cocktails. Highly recommended. There was even entertainments for adults and children- aqua-aerobics, quiz, disco,etc

The hotel is in a quieter area of aiya Napa and is 2 bus stops from the amazing Makronissos beach and a 15 min bus Ride from the more bustling area and harbour. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Breakfast had basically the same food everyday for the 5 days we stayed but dinner had a different theme every night. Would be great if pool hours could be extended. pool opens at 9am and closes at 6pm but the weather is so amazing during June that it was a shame not being able to enjoy the pool for longer and earlier in the morning. The room was comfy and very spacious. Overall was an amazing and relaxing stay.

Great location next to the beautiful Nissi beach. Very nice breakfast and staff were nice. Slight dislike was that events like yoga and pool events never took place even though they were listed on the hotel's agenda

Everything was as expected , v good staff , nice hotel , perfect location . The only minus were the sunbeds on the pool , we stayed 1 week there and not even once we could profit from these sunbeds, always reserved and busy .

This is a great hotel to stay if you would like to be very close to Nissi Beach and the small but beautiful Nissi island. The hotel is nice and comfortable, food is outstanding (glad we stay'd only 1 week otherwise we would have grown a big tummy). Music is playing all around, at the beach too until 7 pm - what we liked but some may prefer more silence. The Nissi plage is beautiful and kinda clean especially during morning hours. We were in a deluxe suite which has 2 bathrooms and a large balcony - you have see view window even from the bathroom!

The room we had was with a view of the nissi beach. The view was great, hotel is just infront of the beach. Very nice view. The hotel, pool and the room was clean and spacious for two. Breakfast and food was great, lots of options to choose. Transportation airport-hotel was organized by the hotel. Overall the stay was great! Staff were helpful. We recommend this hotel.

This is a very clean Hotel, with good food and beautiful beach, exelent location! All the recomendations! We were here on our holiday with our baby 2 years old.

This resort is slightly over rated. My opinion it’s 3 star not 4. Pool and location is amazing. Beds are horrible. Only has mattress topper (they claimed to have posturpedic in rooms) no duvet just sheet and cover. We had deluxe suite with bedroom and bunk bed. No bunk beds offered. Bath tub jacuzzi did not work. My husband had back surgery and needs proper bed and bath helps with neuropathy. Thanks to the Chinese massage therapies outside by garden helped . They are probably best he’s ever had according to him. 👌 Only 40 Eu for 60 min.
Great breakfast buffet assortment! Only one Tiny elevator … can fit 4 adult max. Front desk not friendly . Need $10 per towel deposit cash only.

Came with my family to have a good rest, with my pregnant wife, and a 8 years old boy. At the check in we had to wait for a half an hour to receive our keys, because only 1 receptionist was working.
When we came back to our room at 9.30 pm, we had ants all over the room, so we decided to ask for another room. The receptionist gave us another room, but it was a shower instead of bath, and there was nobody in the hotel to bring us extra bed for a boy, so we had to sleep in 2 small beds with 3 people.

We stayed four nights at this hotel, and it was overall a good stay. Despite the broad choice available for the buffet breakfast, the quality of the food could however be slightly improved. But this was balanced by the amazing location, so close to Nissi beach... it was very convenient to even leave valuable belongings in the room and easy to go and get it when necessary. We also appreciated the possibility to leave our luggage after checkout the last day before taking our plane at night.

The location and the view from the balkonies was awesome. Everything was clean and neat. Room service was performed daily.The staff, anyway, was not so friendly. Any time you turned to the Reception you had to be ready for a rude tone.

The rooms were fabulous and location could not get any better. We had lunch on the first day and there was a problem with the food but the staff resolved the issue quickly and to our satisfaction. We were offered half board as a result and ate in the restaurant 2 evenings. The evening food was very good. We would recommend the hotel.

What a wonderful hotel. This is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from Nissi beach.
We booked Full Board and we were delighted with the food quality and choice. There were an excellent selection. The waiting staff in the restaurant and out side bar area were so friendly and inviting. We were made to feel extremely welcomed.
We certainly will be booking in the future!

Hotel has an excellent location just a few steps from the spectacular Nissi beach however that's all you are paying for ..location ! Hotel was disappointing , the lighting in the room wasn't great and the fridge was broken ! There is no tea/coffee provided in the room and the bathroom did not have an enclosed shower which makes for a messy bathroom with water everywhere ! We were told the hotel was fully booked (And this was off peak mid October) so there wasn't any option to switch rooms. Very disappointing for the price not up to par for a 'luxury' hotel !

It's right at the beach, breakfast is also good. A little bit noise at night and in the morning, seems like not insulate too well. Otherwise it's convenient place.
