The location is amazing. It’s really convenient. Japanese converge and Thai restaurant staff are brilliant. The staff never mentioned us that we need to make a reservation for dinner but the Japanese staff was really took care of us and she was great. The drain in the bathroom isn’t clean. There is only one chair at the balcony so I couldn’t enjoy sunset or get relaxed with my husband together. Something was missing for breakfast all the time. At the first day, they didn’t ask us what kind of drink we prefer, the second day, there was no butter, and the third day, there’s no spoon for ketchup…

Our experience at Dusit Thani Resort Guam,was terrific! The moment we walked into the property, it felt bright, with open views of the ocean, and the bright sunny days. Customer service at all levels was professional, gracious, and consistent. We enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner buffets, which offered multiple delicious offerings. The pools were nice and clean, with access to the ocean. We visited the Lobby lounge a number of evenings where the musical groups entertained us. The room was very comfortable, and clean. We will choose Dusit Thani Guam again, and highly recommend it to others!

Nice property, one of the best on Guam. Beach area needs better services. Lounge chairs are not serviced and beach sand had smaller peices of glass scattered around. Must be extra careful with smaller children playing in the sand.

Loved it

The following points were different from the facility information. It seems like I was fooled. I will never use it again. The toilet and bath are not separated. You can't flush toilet paper in your room. It doesn't have a washlet.

Property was clean and nice. Excellent service. Enjoyed my stay.

The washlet in the room didn't work and the curtain cord was hanging dirty.

Great location and very friendly staff

The hotel was good, but I'm really disappointed that I couldn't use the gold member discount at the restaurant. No one told us that we could use the discount.

I have visited Guam many times, but this was my first time using Dusit Thani Guam Resort, and I felt lonely as the busy staff didn't have any smiles on their faces.

A hotel staff member opened the door to my room after cleaning and came in.

Excellent stay

I would say that staff service and cleanliness have some room to improve. when I checked in, their staff told me there was no available room even though the reservation was completed a few months earlier. A moment later, my reservation was given a free upgrade to a better available room (VILA sweet). I appreciated this unexpected upgrade, but I felt their management was not so organized then. The VILA sweet was spacious, and equipped with a small swimming pool on the balcony. but, we found 4-5 almost-dead cockroaches in a drawer in the kitchen. The hotel manager came and apologized, but this was surely a terrible memory of the trip. (compensated with a free airport taxi in the end) Besides, due to the location of VILLA on the 5th floor, a lot of trash keeps (paper, swimwear, shoes, etc) dropping on the balcony from the upper floors. Sometimes staff came to our room to pick them up. We never knew what to fall next, we could not stay outside without the parasol. As a good point, I liked the location, easily accessible to shopping malls and restaurants around Tumon Bay. It was convenient to go shopping even within a 5-minute walk.

For a purported 5 star hotel, the rooms were outdated and need to be upgraded. The value of the room is not matching the room cost.

Location is good but hot tap is not good for bath

First off, Check was for 3:00 pm. Arrived before 3:00. While checking in, was told by front desk staff that my room wasn’t ready. She said room is actually ready, we just have to wait for supervisor to chk and clear my room in which I was told would take a half hour to an hour. So they escorted us to the lobby lounge and wait there until our room was ready. I asked how would I know if our room is ready? Front desk staff told me she’ll come back to the lobby lounge and let us know. She also repeated it might take a half hour to an hour, again! 45 mins into the wait I looked out towards the front desk and waved to the person helping us! She acknowledged back room was still not ready! So, the wait continued! Over 2 hours into the wait, no front desk staff ever came to check on us! I decided to line up in a really ling and slow line! When I got to the counter, I explained myself to a different staff member who checked on my room and gave me this look like your room has been ready! And apologized for this happening to us and would let her manager know of the situation! Finally got to our and was nice and clean. Thank Goodness! At this point my wife and I were sooo exhausted just waiting for our room! We decided to relax in the room until it was almost time for dinner! They have this QR code that we needed to scan to make reservations for one of the restaurants in the hotel! This time the QR code was giving us an error! Went back down to the front desk and asked one of the front st

Oh boy where do I begin! I decided to give the hotel another chance as there were some incidents during my previous stay and they really made sure that this time my family was taken care. Manager Chris and all the other duty managers went out of their ways to help my family have the best hotel experience from checking in without prior booking to arranging airport transportation upon our departure. My kids wanted to go back as soon as we arrived home and I myself wasn't too ready to come back home either from such a nice stay. We look forward to visiting again both on family vacations and company retreats in the future. Haha Adai to Chris and the most Wonderful Team~

Loved our stay but was looking forward to splash pad but learned it was down. Guess we’ll try again next time.

The stay was great with friendly and helpful staff! We loved that it was easy to just walk wherever needed with no shortage of things to do.
