The convenience of the location is excellent for 1 night stays

Nice hotel clean and comfy, the pool area is not that big, parking is guarded 24/7 with a security guard on site. It is about 3-5 miles from the main area on the beach in Cabo. The bathroom in the room was a little small though, and not a whole lot of space for your things to set. The continental bfast is ok but just that. Nothing that you will feel full like a regular meal, i do recommend a restaurant called Stop Light that is a distance from the hotel but totally worth it.

Hotel was very clean and very quiet, barely heard anything when in our room. A/C was very quiet, bed very comfortable. Daily housekeeping which was nice to have. Pool area was beautiful and clean. Everything was very clean really. However, breakfast not so good, same thing every day. The only protein was tasteless "ham" and tasteless white "cheese", not even hard-boiled eggs. Same every day. But lots of fruit. Most of the staff spoke little-to-no English, can be a plus if you like that part of being in a foreign country, can be a real negative if you really need to communicate or ask a question about bus schedules, best way to airport, etc. We ate at hotel's restaurant late the night we arrived, VERY expensive. There were 2 outstanding restaurants with a 5-minute walk, Higos y Olivos (Italian) and Claros Fish Jr. (seafood), with fair prices. Hotel was a 5-minute taxi ride into downtown Cabo Marina area, but just not as convenient as I would have preferred. Last-minute booking so we were glad to have a room. We felt the hotel was really geared to Mexican nationals rather than tourists, but that was not a problem for us, just something to know. Overall a good property.

We got there late room freezing. Tried to turn off air conditioning could not. Called front desk sent a man up. Didnt speak english we said very cold! Ask to turn it off. He turned the tempature down even colder. We had to sleep in our clothes and jackets shivering. Then we went to go to bed pulled the sheets back long dark hairs in my bed. Sheets all wrinkled. Then my friend pulls her sheet back on her bed even more long dark hairs and wrinkled sheets. Called down again. Same man brought sheets up. Asked again to shut off air. Didnt understand. So we pulled sheets off put new ones on. Layed down in clothes and jackets. Woke up freezing even colder in the morning. It was miserable!!!! Breakfast lady so sweet and helpfull. Very kind.

Great hotel facilities and value! While the hotel is not close to the main attractions Cabo offers we were a able to reach these via a15 min UBER ride. Totally worth staying here in my opinion.

Everything was great but very poor internet

My stay was from 2/19/2023-2/23/2023.I was solo traveling and I paid roughly $690 USD for the stay in total. The staff was extremely kind, and I felt safe being there. I think when you're traveling alone that's your first priority. The only thing I can say that was bad is that the walls are super thin, and you can hear e v e r y t h i n g. Personally, I didn't mind the noise but if you're someone that cares for that, keep that in mind. The breakfast was nice as well. I kind of want to emphasize how hospitable the staff was. I rate this stay an 8.5/10.

Nice place.

My husband and I stayed here last minute after things didn't go as expected at our Air BNB. Check in was easy and relatively quick We had a basic room with a nice view of the pool. However, they did not have face towels so we had to improvise with hand towels. Also, The TV in our room was set on Spanish, so we couldn't even watch TV because we aren't fluent in Spanish.(even tried to adjust tv settings, and that did no justice) NO ONE at the front desk spoke English which made it hard to communicate our needs. Lastly, they are short staffed at night, the lobby was full of families with kids/babies sitting around waiting to be helped. Overall, for a 2 day stay it wasn't bad at all! They even have free breakfast!

Property was kept very clean Did not have a real restaurant as advertised, pool towels were often empty, staff did not give us any information about the location of anything in the property.

Easy access in and out of the property, very clean & comfortable rooms

Pros: -clean (every area of this hotel is sanitized and clean) -quiet (very peaceful, noise proof rooms) -safe (room has a safe, location is away from main strip and non touristy area) -a few nice local restaurants on same block -walkable 25 min to beach (on dirt road beside hotel), or need a vehicle to get anywhere else Cons: -rooms have poor ventilation (gets very stuffy as no open windows or working vents/fans) -very basic rooms (no fridge, cups) -need transport as away from city

Lots of noise from other guests. Breakfast was so crowded you had to fight to get any food. Pool was nice, as was the room.

Overall we had a great experience, room was clean and comfortable. Room doesn't have a coffee maker, fridge or micro wave to heat anything and Coffee is not available after 10 pm.

Felt extremely unwelcome. Found new hotel, check out following day.

We stayed on the ground floor, very noisy starting from 5:30 - 6:00 am, loud noise coming out of the kitchen when people prepare for breakfast. The girl who handled our check in was not in her mood of working, not friendly.

Very good service from the staff and cleanliness overall.
