The room was recently renovated and is in excellent shape. The included breakfast was a cooked when you came into the breakfast area. Stay was knowledgeable and friendly. For a 2 star hotel this was, well... excellent. We'll stay here whenever we're in the area.

This was a great little Inn ! The rooms were clean, the staff were extremely pleasant and personable, which made you feel right at home. My only thing was the bed was very hard and uncomfortable for me. I didn’t get a chance to have their complimentary breakfast as we slept in, but when I checked out I could still smell it and it smelt wonderful. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

This was a very inexpensive stay at a motel. Building is old needs some repairs. The bed was pretty hard , And the people above us extremely noisy . Staff was very friendly and accommodating to let us stay a couple hours past our checkout due to a vehicle breaking down. Overall, it was a good stay.

Dated property on outside makes the passerby think, "Hmm. Maybe not." Yet the rooms are renovated, clean, secure and oh so comfortable. I've mentioned before and I'll say it again, as they slowly renovate and update, watch out remaining WC hospitality industry, these guys will reign! Such impeccable service and such clean rooms that you instantly establish a trust with them and never worry about your safety or the true cleanliness. You just KNOW it's truly clean, truly there for your comfort and service and 24/7 surveillance security and more. Home away from home.

Staff are friendly, I stayed in a newly renovated room and it was so cute and well set up. Great pricing and they even offered me a bowl for my dog. Breakfast was very good, and the dining area is so cute and clean.

The guy at the front desk was AWESOME!!! The room was spacious, clean and fairly comfortable!!! It wasn't noisy, but somebody did park in the space that was in front of my room and somebody also kept trying to log into their iPad and it disrupted my TV, as that is the device where it kept trying to log in to!!! And, the only other issue was the fan in the bathroom wasn't working, which I forgot to mention upon checkout!!! Other than that, I didn't really have any other issues!!! This was my second or third time staying at this property and I would stay there again!!!

As they say, don't judge a book by its cover, this is an older hotel that has been renovated and focussed on the rooms first. They are just starting to work on the exterior and the property, so do not let a lack of curb appeal guide you.

Truly a hidden gem! Our room was just what we needed. Lots of space, clean, safe, full kitchen was a great plus and the included breakfast and staff were great as well.

This place was such a surprise! The buildings are very old and a bit rundown from the outside. Check in was fantastic and the staff are incredibly friendly. Walking to our room we were commenting on the dated decor but once in the completely updated, modern and renovated room we were impressed! It’s so cute, so clean and nothing like the first impression of the buildings! The navy blue and white walls and furniture are so modern and comfortable. The only minor complaint was that the AC unit was a little noisy. We couldn’t run it at night.
The rates are affordable and we will stay here the next time we are in Whitecourt!
