the run around I got from staff upon arrival. I traveled with a 7 year old and a 3 month old. I booked a room with two beds, and after about a 15 minute wait we got to our room only to have a key card that doesn’t work. once we got into our room there was only one bed. we asked for a different room but we’re charged extra. once in the room, let’s just say it wasn’t as clean as I keep my house, never mind a hotel.

Large quiet room. Fridge in the room and coffee available. very friendly front desk staff

Room layout. Plug in for hybrid car . Matress and pillows comfy. Liked muti flow shower. Corrected missing items that day.

Air conditioner noisy. Turned off to sleep. Had to request filling of kleenex and body soap dispensers.

Fireplace in the room. Evening staff was very nice and welcoming.

The fireplace is the heat source. I couldn’t turn it on to relax beside, and there were no comfy chairs in the room. Woke up very early to bright flickering lights, because the fire turned itself on. Could have just been a normal under window heater instead. Breakfast was also very scant.

The breakfast (current Covid style) was organized, I felt completely comfortable with all the cleanliness, safety measures that were taken. Also, very much appreciate that you have pet friendly rooms.
