The place was clean . But there was a hockey tournament in town. And kids running down the halls till 11:30 at night, and then 7am they started running around again. Went for breakfast at 9 and there was nothing left to eat. And no staff anywere

Them big trucks should not use their jake brakes in town, very noicy in the rooms The breakfast was very good. I had a great stay

Quiet nice hotel

We had a dog with us and were put in a 'pet friendly' room, which had a lot of stains on the carpet.

Nice room. Unfortunately, they put a $150 pre-authorization for damage deposit on my credit card and then refused to refund upon check out, saying it would be refunded in 5 business days (a week later). This is LUDICROUS; those charges are reversible as standard hotel practice. AND the clerk admitted she should’ve mentioned that Interac payments are reversed the next day….. I’ll never stay in a Super 8 again, they’re crooks.

Found BED BUGS in the room and our car was broken into in the parking lot and it was made crystal clear that the manager didn’t care about either situation

the hotel was very clean and very quiet... we were up early to make our way to the swimming pool for the day and the breakfast was great and eagerly eaten by the children

Everything about my stay at the Super 8 was excellent, including the value and especially the wonderful staff! At check-in, the young lady named Paige was extremely kind and friendly, even though I had booked in incorrectly and she had to make some last minute changes because of this. She answered all of my questions politely and professionally and was readily available all evening if anyone needed any help. Check-out was also amazing, as I had incorrectly used my debit card in order to get my deposit back and the exchange did not go through. I was all the way out to my car when the wonderful woman working at the counter noticed the mistake and called me back to fix the problem. It would have been a real pain if she hadn’t stopped me, as I may not have even noticed that the money wasn’t returned, or at the very least, it would have been much more of a hassle to get it back! I highly recommend this hotel because of its great location comfortable and clean rooms, and especially because of the great staff!

It was close to restaurants. Clean. Close to the business I needed to go to. The staff was excellent. Rooms were nice and beds comfortable.

This hotel is excellent for everything especially the administration people, they are very nice and friendly and helpful

My truck broke down on high way 43,Truck was towed to dealership where nearby the motel is located. It was good, friendly staff. only slight inconvenience is the curtain on window that can't be closed on each side. my roon was second floor toward to highway 43. 24/7 busy traffic on the road. At night vehicles lights were annoying, only white thin curtains are closed on. the thicker curtains couldn't be closed like the picture.

I didn't come to Whitecourt to stay in the Super 8 as my destination but it was my hub while I had other plans in and around the area. The room was comfortable and quiet and was my home from home when I was out of town. The breakfast in the morning wasn't amazing but it did enough to fill a hole. The joy of being next door to a McDonalds however meant it was far too easy to grab a coffee refill multiple times in the morning as long as I could safely get past the safety fence that separates the two properties. The staff are a high level of professional and nice.

Online when I booked for super 8 it told me it was pet friendly and that cribs was available for my twin 1 year olds. When we got there I was told I had to leave my dog in the truck and that they did not have cribs on the property. After a short discussion my wife and I just decided to get a refund (which the lady at the front counter was great about) and we went to the Ramada Hotel down the street and they were great

We love this Super 8! The front desk staff is awesome and friendly. The rooms are clean with lots of room. And my kids love the breakfast in the mornings. Definitely kid friendly!

Our room faced the McDonald's restaurant drive-through. Since the room was very warm, we opened the windows only to be disturbed by the sounds of the procession of vehicles moving through the drive-through. This, in addition to the heat in the room and the loud air conditioning system, meant we had very poor sleep.
