I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. My favorite thing was the helpfulness of the staff and their positivity. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special, but nicely presented. I had everything I needed, the bed was comfortable and I slept very well. General manager was observed several times, interacting with employees and guests. Nice atmosphere. Great location in Milwaukee. I wondered around downtown and felt safe. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

I asked for a room near the elevator because i have difficulty walking. The handicap rooms are down two hallways and my request was ignored. Thankfully i had a scooter with me this time of there would have been make problems. Beazley However was very good.

My family traveled to Milwaukee by bicycle. The hotel staff allowed us to safely store bikes in the garage no questions asked at no charge. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was far better than most continental breakfasts.

This was a very nice hotel. Very clean and excellent service with one exception. There was a manager visiting from New York to help out. His name is Breylen. He was working the front desk. He told us the continental breakfast was from 6:30am to 9:30am. We went down at 9am and it was gone. A very sweet kitchen staff named Leslie offered to bring us some bagels. My friend later saw Breylen and informed him to give a shout out to his staff Leslie for being so nice and helpful. He rudely turned to my friend and arrogantly said, "You talking to me?" He then insisted he would never have told us the incorrect times because, "I know what it is!" My friend's daughter went down in the evening and had to ask for some utensils more than one time because Breylen was too busy gawking at her "assets" instead of looking at her face. On the morning of checkout a very sweet front desk attendant Jeanne was working and we overheard Breylen insulting her in front of guests, telling her, "You're no Einstein!" This type of behavior is completely unacceptable. Jeanne is apparently newer and was doing an amazing job and her customer service skills are impeccable. Our valet attendant Vince was absolutely amazing too! He's very warm, welcoming and accommodating. His interactions with guests and coworkers were absolutely the epitome of teamwork and customer service with a smile. Everyone did a great job even another manager (not Breylen) that stepped in to help refill the coffee in the morning.

Great location in Downtown Milwaukee. Room was clean and comfortable. Valet parking is a real plus. My only complaint is the barn door to the bathroom...it didn't stay closed and offered no privacy.

Excellent stay!

The area felt safe and well lighted. The garage was nice for our motorcycle. All the staff behind the desk all 24 hours were professional and hospitable. Also Vince the valet gentlemen very helpful and personable. We were visiting Milwaukee and gave us much needed directions. Also when we visit Milwaukee again we will call for reservations and I plan to recommend the hotel to anyone too. Thank you.

Great central location, very comfortable room with great control of thermostat temperature, water gets very hot and cold without issue, bed is extremely comfortable and clean. It all smells very new. Room has iron, ironing board, hair dryer, fridge, and bathtub.

Guest services did not clean room 2nd day we were there. Had to call multiple times to get toilet paper and towels. No self park available, had to upgrade to valet parking, was pricey.

Nice hotel!

The staff was so nice and helpful! Breakfast was great, room was clean. The only complaint we had was that there wasn't a mirror in the room, just the bathroom. Made it harder to get ready!

Liked the room and the staff were very nice. The parking and the elevator situation was not explained to us at all. We were literally trapped in the elevator without a key going from the garage to our room because did not know we needed a key for the elevator. Thankfully the cleaning staff explained it to us. One other thing was the breakfast was not ready until 7:30 and i do not say this lightly but it was the absolute worst breakfast i have ever had at a hotel. Super 8 had better.

The SpringHill Suites in downtown Milwaukee was very good! Walking distance to everything. Room was updated and very nice. Check in was fast, they did charge an extra $15 for early check in. There is a parking ramp connected to the hotel with elevators. Parking was $21 for overnight. Free breakfast in the morning was very good also. Scrambled eggs, juice coffee, various breads, sausage, muffins, cereal. Coffee was exceptional!

Love the location for going to the Summerfest grounds and catching the shuttle at Brat Haus. Valet parking is quite steep at $51, but for the convenience you really don’t have a choice.

Very friendly staff!

Unfortunately the property lacks a good customer service. We asked from the beginning that we wanted to have the room cleaned everyday and they didn’t do it. They didn’t restocked the coffee in our room. Today I see an extra charge on my card and when I called to ask about it, they couldn’t check it on their system.
