This is a clean, no-frills, and very practical stay at a great location. I am very glad I found it and booked it. The breakfast is very good to jump-start the day. I found the front desk very helpful as well. To explore Lisbon and vicinity by foot, metro, or rail I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good stay in Lisboa. The place is very pleasant to visit city. Nevertheless, pay attention to the shuttle service to the airport proposed by the hotel because it was not reliable, the taxi booked for 6a.m had 20minutes delay.

No Frills but clean and with helpful staff - lots of stairs mind so not so good for people with any mobility issues as no lift. Fine for myself as a solo male traveler!

As a solo traveler, I loved this little room with a view! Everything was very clean. The AC worked great. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only "criticism" is that the hotel is on the second floor of the building with no signage anywhere on the first floor or outside of the building, so a bit hard to find!

Overall very surprised with this hostel. I had an double room with private bathroom that looks like it was perhaps updated recently (very modern with USB ports built-into wall sockets for example). Bed was decent and location is very good (you can walk to most popular spots in this part of LIsbon, or get to public Transportation as the metro station is just around the corner from here). The only two issues was there is a bit of noise from outside (my room faced away from Rossio Square but still there was a bit of noise from outside, not the hostel itself) but after awhile you don't notice it very much (the windows do appear to have insulated panels to keep most noise out but you can still hear stuff from outside a bit). The second thing is that there is no elevator (I knew this but am putting this out as a warning warning to those who may not know -- so you'll have to walk up some stairs whch can be a problem if you have heavy bags). But overall, I was surprised and would stay here again if I'm in town. Breakfast was good and plenty of options but you have to sign-up for a slot for breakfast the night before. For those who need quiet, this may not be the best option, but for those who want to be close to everything and don't mind some noise, this could be a perfect option.

Located on 2.-4. Floor without eskalator . Locked doors on each floor makes it difficult to visit Co-travellers. Staff not welcoming attitude. Old and very impractical.

Only reason for the lower rating is because of the street noise. Checkin was easy, the facilities were clean. Amenities were minimal, which reflects the lower price charged for rooms. Beds were hard, which we don't mind. Hostel type vibe, which we anticipated.

The hotel is in the best location for visiting Lisbon but it is a very noisy area. We did not mind as we were never in our room except to sleep. The rooms are very spacious and nicely renovated with big bathrooms and showers. There are no elevators to the rooms do not recommended for people with mobility issues. The only recommendation is to have better instructions to get to the hotel . It is not obvious to find the location.

Good hotel, very spacious rooms, really nice breakfast, exellent location, tube station & tour buses right outside, the only down side that really put me off was finding a hypodermic needle from a syringe in the fridge, handed it in to reception & was simply told ok sorry about that. Thats the reason for giving a 2 for cleanliness otherwise the cleanliness was ok.

Nice clean hotel.

We loved the location and the room was just the right size for the 3 of us. Most necessities were included. What we did not like is that this property does not have an elevator. Our room was on the 4th floor and there were many stairs to climb with luggage. Also it would be nice if the property would provide a box of tissues.

Amazing stay! The staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly. Easy spot to find, walkable to most tourist areas. Lots of places to eat near by. Highly recommend!

Location right in center of downtown area, Green Metro line leaves you right in front. Picked a private room which was nice with private shower. Small fridge, tea maker, great shower pressure, decent breakfast. If there was only one complaint, is that there were no elevators so lugging your luggage up 4 flights of stairs was an issue. But overall if your traveling light, it was a good choice!

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast. There is no parking on site and the parking under the plaza is very expensive. It is best to park at Estacionamento Chão do Loureiro, a short walk from the hotel (use Google maps to find it). Nice garage on several levels but takes only cash in coins and 5, 10 or 20 euro notes.

We enjoyed our stay. Simple, clean, affordable, safe - and with a great view of Rossio Square. Metro was a 1 minute walk away. Trams and buses were easy to catch but it was also ver walkable. We could walk to the heart of Alfama in 15 minutes listening to fado or walk 15 minutes the other direction for breathtaking views in bairro alto. I happily recommend this place and would stay again
