The most amazing, luxury stay.. couldn’t fault the place and there’s lots of shops and restaurants on your doorstep! If I ever come back to Seoul I will stay here again!

Easy access to metro and Korea University. Fairly large room relative to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan and Taiwan. Responsive desk staff. Would stay here again

It is so good location and service

The worst hotel I have stayed in in years. The staff was so unfriendly, so much that I found them rude most of the time. You expect Korea to be a polite society, not here. Just curt orders from the front desk, no pleasantries, no effort to help. We asked for a restaurant recommendation the first night… just go outside we were told and look around. No effort, they don’t care. Last night we get back from sightseeing late and the room isn’t made up. Call down and was told housekeeping had left for the day. I said, they didn’t make up the room. They said they will get it tomorrow, I said I am checking out in the morning. They send two front desk workers who walk in with a bag with towels and some water and processed to criticize how messy the room is and use that as the reason the housekeeper didn’t make up the room. I said, I just needed the bed made, the trash emptied and the basically empty bathroom made up. They discuss in Korean for 2 minutes while we stand there awkwardly waiting and then say, the room is too messy and I say, just leave the towels and water. Ridiculous! DO NOT stay here.

This hotel is very clean and also every staff are very kind and nice. They are professional. I will stay here again evertime I go to Korea.

Convenient if you use public transportation. Safe area to walk around. Building is old but in good management. Room is super clean and big enough to open 2 big suitcases and still have enough space to move around. What I don’t like is the smell of towels, too strong of chloride smell, and some of them are worn out.

Front desk staff was Super Great! Anything we needed they were there for us. The cleaning staff were on point. Breakfast was awesome! This is the place to stay!!@

Hotel location is very close to metro station, shopping area, very convenient.

The staff was absolutely terrible. Not helpful or even try to for simple recommendations or helping us explaining basic stuff.

The hotel has very few amenities, would have liked a few of them. The place is cramped. feels restless. Staff is very helpful, but. they cannot change it.

Great area

Convenient, clean, pretty good value for its price I think. A quibble: despite the room description there was no coffeemaker in the room, and the staff just smiled and shrugged when I asked about it.

We had a wonderful stay. Hotel is modern and comfortable. Staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious and affordable. Only one small issue was that thermostat was stuck at 22degrees which was too warm at night. Staff was BLE able to fix. So slept with window open at night.

Hotel is clean. Hotel staff were helpful n polite. Room bit small for 3 adults. Airport limousine bus should stop in front of the bus stop of the hotel. Overall, pleasant stay.

Loved our stay. Great amenities and facilities and them room was lovely as well as the staff and service.

I stay at this hotel whenever I’m in Seoul which is a few times a year. It’s a low key hotel in a great location and I appreciate their staff and it’s quietness.

Excellent location

The location was very convenient, just a stone's throw away from the subway station. Staff speak good English and the rooms were big and clean. There are lots of food options around and it's across the street from an Olive Young. There's also a coin laundry room but there are only two washers and two dryers for a hotel with more than 10 floors of guests so it was very crowded everyday. But overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Love that it is very close to Shungshin Women University train station. There is no uphill or stairs to the hotel which is very importany for me since I have 2 baby strollers. The hotel is clean and lifts are working well. Plus points there is laundry facility, cafe at lobby, microwave at level 2 and there is iron and ironing board available upon request. Hotel room is spacious for me and family. I dont mind returning and I feel its worth the value. Keep up the good service :)

Rooms are small but clean and well insulated from street noise. Handy to metro line 4. Area is mixed commercial and residential. There is a very nice area one stop away at Hangseng with gourmet grocery coffee shops and numerous dining options

Liked that the option for 3 beds was available. My husband, son & I were able to enjoy our own space & stretch out, which was nice. My “cloud bed” was very comfortable. Great shower, too! Although compact, the room worked well for us. The side couch w/table worked great when getting take-out one evening. A great stay.

The staff was very efficient and considerate and helpful. We had a lovely breakfast in the restaurant, Ari Sol.

This is a very nice, clean hotel. I did have a few issues booking with Expedia. It's like they weren't used to it. Still got it sorted out and happy I stayed at Hotel Arirong. The breakfast was not good. I did it once. That was enough.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean with good amenities. Well located to visit our daughter at Korea Uni. and explore Seoul. Surprised the hotel doesn’t have a bar!

Near rail station and have a clean and tidy room.

Only minutes from a train entrance and shopping and dining options are right there too! Will definitely stay here again
