Its a really relaxing place and what really stands out is the friendly staff. Also location is god right by the beach and nice spacious rooms.

I travel frequently, but probably one of best hotels I have ever stayed in 👍 Room was fantastic, spacious, clean, outstanding Facilities were superb, pool are great I cannot fault it 👍

Among the best hotel I did. I enjoyed the unique decoration in the room. It feels comfy and like home. The only downside is the limited view of the breakfast area on the sea and no private area on the beach dedicated to the hoteL

This is such a beautiful property. They have taken extra steps to make it aesthetically pleasing. Especially the room was well designed and decorated. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have had anywhere in the world.

What an amazing place to stay. It felt very luxurious, and the decor was just amazing. From amazing interiors to the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, very Balinese pools, this place had it all. Staff could not do enough and they were so friendly and courteous. Very sad to leave. Would go back in a heartbeat.

this is by far one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Just gorgeous from the moment you arrive. clean, modern architecture mixed with lush tropical landscaping. the site is perfect. the pools and restaurants are excellent. highly recommend.

Great location. Stafg very helpful and accomodating. The only criticism is there were smokers smoking at breakfast table at the outdoor tables undercover which was basically the inside restaurant when the doors are all open Complained but seems that this acceptable.

Really enjoyed our stay

From our check in to the moment we left, service and amenities were top notch. Every employee was friendly, courteous and went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. Breakfast each morning was excellent with a wide variety for every palette. The 3 pools were all different and gave us options for whatever mood we were in at the moment. Make sure to catch sunset and the beach vibe on the beach! So fun! We have never stayed at a hotel as wonderfully run as this one. We would not hesitate to recommend it. You definitely get what you pay for here!

We left the Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach last week after a fantastic 12 day stay. We simply cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. Great rooms, excellent restaurants (SugarSand is a must try!), and a great location being right opposite the beach. What cannot the praised highly enough though is the quality of the hotel team - the most helpful, friendly and fun people we have ever encountered in any hotel anywhere else in the world. We will return!

Outstanding service in a large and very well provisioned hotel resort. There is security at the entrances to the resort, plenty of restaurants offering a range of cuisines and special events in the main quad that serves BBQ, etc with entertainment in the evening (which is local dancing and singing). Rooms are cleaned and towels refreshed twice a day with all usual amenities provided. Free drinking water is abundant and refreshed in your room as well as being available at several locations around the resort and the ice is made from bottled water and safe to consume in drinks. If also IHG member a late check out is provided and a room to shower in before transport to the airport was offered. Hotel itself feels very new and is very well maintained and the staff are all friendly and polite. Hotel is just across the road from Seminyak beach and not actually on the beach itself and does not have hotel sunloungers but there were plenty for private hire at a reasonable cost. It is about a 20 minute walk into Seminyak square which could be a little treacherous for the uninitiated but there is a free shuttle provided by the hotel which goes twice a day. Overall, this has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in with large comfortable rooms and plenty of space to chill out around the pool and nearby beach. It was sometimes difficult to tear ourselves away from the resort to go exploring.

The entire staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. We had the loveliest time and this was our favorite place that we stayed in Bali.

Absolutely fantastic. There was nothing to fault. Breakfast was stunning - a la carte options included in the cost. Drinks and snacks and even dinner was very reasonable. All items of food and drink tried were absolutely delicious. The staff are a credit to the hotel. They even remembered where we sat and what we ate - even after a one week stay only! Can’t wait to return.

We had an amazing time at Hotel Indigo, literally would not choose to stay anywhere else and we're looking forward to staying there again in the future. All the staff were friendly, polite and attentive. We enjoyed all of the dining options, including lunches and cocktails by the pool. Our thanks to the staff for helping us have an amazing holiday.

Amazing staff at the hotel, so beautiful not far from the beach. Staff are AMAZING, so helpful and kind. Breakfast has a huge variety and totally worth the money.

Hotel indigo was amazing! From the staff to the property I felt safe the entire time I was there. Everyone was very friendly and the staff was always willing to help. I will recommend this hotel to others wanting to visit.

The hotel was located away from the busy seminyak area. Provide a conducive and tranquil environment for tourists. I would definitely return again.
