Good value for money!

Everything about the Hotel was very convenient to get too; The lifts, pool, restaurant and reception. Plus, with it being centrally located - that was another obvious bonus. The staff were polite and accommodating to any of my wants and needs. Overall, there are no complaints at all. Nyoman and his stuff were exemplary.

This hotel looks great online and certainly offers an affordable option in central location. Unfortunately, it did not come close to meeting our expectations. The air conditioning didn’t work so I had to go down to the front desk to request help, no one told me that I had to put the key in the wall in order for the lights to turn on, the safe did not work, the entire room was Very neglected with chipped furniture, chip tiles. I had requested a room in a quiet location, but unfortunately, we were on the road side of the building and could hear so much noise all night long. The doors were not soundproofed at all. The beds were comfortable , but apart from that, I would never recommend this hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful. Always with a friendly smile on their faces. Location was great. Loved fresh linen We were lucky not to be in the rooms on the front of the building . ### Breakfast was a little disappointing. Rice and noodles needed to be kept warmer Coffee was disappointing , not nice Our room smelt mouldy after being shut up for the day, very noticeable mould in light fittings behind beds and curtains 😢😢😢

Clean room, clean pool and kind staff!

Really liked my stay here. The staff were fantastic, friendly and obliging. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. I would advise asking for room at back, away from the busy street. Only negative was that cups were not cleaned or replaced after daily use so they got a bit stained. Apart from that, we loved our stay.

Loved the location of grand walon, drivers knew the hotel when i did have to catch a taxi. I was abit noisy from the bikes but thats bali
