Great hotel, nicely located

Do NOT book here. The photos are very deceiving. Out the the 50 photos only about 5 are from the room itself the rest are from the lobby. And the photos of the room are cut off so you don't see the problems. The place is old, dirty, and falling apart. It also not a hotel which is what I was expecting. It's more like AirBnB. I don't know how they are listed on Expedia. I was not aware Expedia listed these properties. I don't know how they have a 4.2 star rating. Very disappointed. Place was a disaster with dirty mop, and other cleaning items placed randomly such as broom left in a corner which I suppose as a kitchenette/broom closet, toilet/mop&bucket room, washroom sink/toilet brush/cleaner holder. Place was dirty with thick dust and either Ikea furniture that was falling apart or 2 nd hand items that were picked up from the street after they were thrown out. After the 2nd day it started to smell like sewer water. I figured it would go away but after 2 days of dealing with the stench. I called Expedia to check out early. They agreed with me but the owner has yet to refund me the balance of the stay. Very unethical owner, does not answer phone or emails.To post a listing in this condition is fraud/false advertising. Once again, DO NOT BOOK HERE!

About good points, the room was very wide and clean. and very near to many historical monuments and shopping area. And also the replies from the hotel staffs are very quick before and during my stays. About 1 bad point, I selected this apartment because the hotel staff explained to me that this building has the washing machine for clothes, but after starting my stays, they announced me that the washing machine can't be used because of COVID19. They should have explained to me about it before my stays.

MY STAY WAS REALLY NICE AND LOVED THE ROOM AND ALL IT HAS TO OFFER I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE THE HOTEL STAFF WILL KEEP YOU POSTED BEFORE YOUR STAY DURING YOUR STAY AND ITS VERY COMFORTABLE ITS LIKE HAVING THE KEY TO THE CITY CLOSE TO EVERYTHING IN WALKING DISTANCE YOU WON'T REGRET IT AT ALL GIVE A+

Really nice, spacious place about 50m from Monastiraki Square. They were very accommodating to our late arrival and I couldn't have been happier with my stay here, would definitely book again.

The apartment is spacious but it is on the ground floor with no windows on the exterior. The main window is on an internal area. The kitchen is not fully equippped and quote old.

A+ location, contemporary styled room, clean. Host was very hospitable and accommodating. Will use again in the future

Lovely bedroom. The bathroom was too tiny with a minuscule sink and absolutely no counter space anywhere. The rooftop was lovely

Pleasantly surprised to find such a spacious accommodation right next to one of the busiest part of Athens. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Host usually respondes to communication within minutes.

Very convenient but the area around the hotel is not clean. Also the TV has no channel.

Nice place, quiet, owners do not bother you. Good value for money. Centrally located walking distance to major attractions. Close to Metro for airport line. Atlantikos sea food restaurant recommended was excellent. Small menu great food and service.

Very convenient location in Monastiraki. Nice and private. Friendly and responsive staff. AND very big and spacious (high ceiling and large floor area). Nicely decorated but not overly so. Highly recommend staying here unless you want a great view of Acropolis. Kitchen was convenient for our family of two young children (no microwave/toaster but the stove worked fine).

This place was spacious and located right in the middle of everything. Close to the Acropolis, the Plaka, and all the markets! Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Athens!

the stuff was amazing !! specialy magi and vladimir that help and gave a good tips :) defenetelly recomended for traveler that want a cool quite place in the heart of the city. the room was clean and big and include everything that i need + big terrace, the only thing that missing is elevator but not for me. waiting to coming back, enjoy !!

Great patio!!!! Central location. Comfy bed and big shower!
