Good host, poor facilities. No windows, no TV, poor bathroom in deluxe room.

These rooms suit the budget traveller. We are a family of 5 and it suited us well. Rooms were clean, spacious with air con and 2 fans. We would stay there again. These are the best value rooms in Colombo so dont expect 5 star.

Aircondition was not working and staff didn't even bother to have a look at it. Room was made out of wood and other guests was singing till late night. No tea or coffe facilities no toiletries as it advertist on the web. Even no where to buy a cup of tea.

the entrance of the guest house was not good , the condition of the building was not so good , but room was comfortable and properly clean.

Ok for one night. Good A/C. Lots of stairs so if you have heavy backs then its not the best choise. The host was awesome, very helpfull.
