Restaurant served tissue in the salad. However, executive Chef had come to meet me in person and apologised. This makes me feel their sincerity and also this is what a 5 stars hotel should do when they make mistake. I think they should give more training to their staffs on these kinds of incidents. So In general, this is a good hotel.

This is one of the bestest family friendly Marriott resorts we have been to. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The breakfast is awesome. They serve hot Indian breakfast too. They also serve hot Thai curries and soups during the breakfast. The hotel staff did their best to comfort my mother who is on wheelchair and cannot walk. The room assigned to us was not wheelchair accessible and the hotel staff changed it quickly upon our request. The location of this resort is close to the airport and can be reached within 10 mins drive. The only negative for this hotel is the ocean view. The beach is visible from the hotel; however, it is a little bit of walk to the beach. The water is shallow and kids can definitely enjoy. Please note, this resort is up in north and 35 mins away from Patong and other nearby attractions.

There is NO BEACH here... The primary photos on the website are incredibly misleading. What looks like a large expanse of sand is actually mud. The water is probably 50 yards out and only accessible after walking across muddy ground - definitely not the paradise that it appears from the main photos. There is a beach within a 15-20 minute walk, but the signs about sand flies dissuaded us from making the trek. If you are looking for a hotel where you get immediate access to a beach in front of the property, this is NOT IT. We ended up spending most of the time in the pool as a result, which was pleasant, but not what the photos led us to believe. Overall, the rest of the hotel is great. Rooms are nice, and the pool is clean. The restaurants are decent and the breakfast buffet is massive. With the exception of rather spongy baked goods, the breakfast buffet is worth the cost. Lastly - this hotel is off the beaten path. It takes ~15 minutes to get to the little town north, even though it looks super close on the map. It's also 45 minutes to Phuket city - so plan accordingly. If you are looking for a nice property with a pool and decent view (but no beach) and don't plan on leaving often, this is a great option. Otherwise, you may want to optimize for beach access and/or proximity to the city center.

Every thing was excellent! Avi was the best! He made sure everything, every day was perfect. He gave us all laces we should go daily! He just made sure we were ok! His confidence about his city was outstanding! We willl definitely be back

Very kind staff, was fully accommodated for later flight, and beautiful hotel!

The hotel and the pool is nice especially the swim up pool but the restaurant Big Fish is terrible. We ordered a variety of things on the menu and most of them are not good, and really expensive. You can tell they use frozen seafood since it’s powdery and the sashimi are definitely not fresh since it’s slimmy, we told the waitress that’s it’s not eatable, she told us that’s because they smoke their salmon sashimi that’s why it’s brown, and wouldn’t do anything about it.. we spend almost $400 for a family of 4 adults and 4 childrens for foods that are not at par. Other than that, the hotel staff and everything is good.

Amazing place to stay, relax and enjoy beautiful Pucket. Mamá’s kitchen is a must. Ask for Mama Pen and meet the person behind the menu of amazing taste of traditional-homemade flavor of Thai food.

Very nice facility, very friendly staff, secluded location with private beach, pool very nice

There was nothing wrong with the hotel but I did purchase insurance. The airlines was the problem. The were delayed which caused us to miss our flight so we where unable to enjoy our trip and activities our friends paid for in advance. We arrived very late on the second day and was stuck in Korea. We were told we needed to go through you for a one day refund.

Beautiful property

Stayed at the Phuket Marriott after flying in late evening. This hotel provided everything we needed and more. Transport to the hotel, seamless check-in process, beautiful property, and extremely large spacious rooms. Everyone on the property makes it a point to go above and beyond to make your stay great. Although we left the following day for another resort we had the opportunity to take advantage of the fitness center, pool, and Big Fish restaurant all which were excellent. We even arranged transport to the Ao Por Grand Marina through the hotel the day we left and the process was simple. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had with made to order items and 100s of other choices. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing to stay near the airport while coming or going from Phuket!

Amazing staff and so many amenities on the property as well as in close proximity.

I liked the whole resort which includes whole ambiance, staff, service, food and many more things in it. It is also very convenient and closer to the airport.

The property is surrounded by raw beautiful nature, tress and beach it had it all. However it’s not in ideal location and far from everything but the airport. I would suggest, using this place before leaving and staying one or two nights. However if your wanting a getaway from everything then this place is perfect and good for kids as well.

Phuket Marriott was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed, the people the staff were unbelievably kind. Each and every one of the staff we came in contact with went above and beyond to make our stay the absolute best. I don’t believe I’ve ever met kinder people than the staff at the Phuket Marriott.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. I traveled with my family. Customer service was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. Restaurants at the hotel offered a variety of food options. The atmosphere was ideal for a romantic dinner with my husband. Just perfect! Highly recommended and I absolutely will return again.

Great food - nice staff

Absolute rip-off calling this a 5-star. I spent $600/night on an ocean front villa which was the worst decision of my 30-day trip around SE Asia. This is a tired old hotel on a crappy beach - nobody was in the water! This four story hotel doesn’t even have elevators. Many many steps. This may be the crowning blow to turn me against Marriott “luxury” properties once and for all. Hotels.com, you’ve got to do a much better job of ranking these properties. This one really disappointed. The only positive aspect of this property is that it’s close to the airport which is why I chose it. BIG MISTAKE!

The place is very far from the local town and you are pretty much stuck here. Beautiful property and helpful staff, the beach is not very attractive, breakfast is superb but dinner has very limited choice and very expensive.

Our first stay in Phuket and this is a fantastic location. We weren’t central in the craziness of Phuket but we loved being here. Nice and quite amazing food. 3 different options for restaurants and they were so wonderful with celebrating our anniversary. Highly recommend. Staff were amazing.

The breakfast was great. Staff were amazing, friendly and always helpful. The a/c was okay but wouldn’t go below 72 degrees so the room was a bit warm. Wish dinner at the restaurants had more food options for vegetarians.
