Location

Noisy room. The balcony door does not block the external noise, and the room door does not block the internal noise. At night, there was a live band playing until 11:30 pm directly opposite the room In the morning, at about 7:30am maintenance workers were working, They dig and the sound was very annoying And I called the reception to change the room. He rudely told me to leave the room at 12 noon and wait until 3 o’clock to change the room. I agreed.. Then he told me I couldn't guarantee that I would change the location of the room!

Sehr schöne Lage am langen Patong Beach. Leicht nach hinten versetzt und deshalb auch nicht so laut. Alles relativ neu und sehr gepflegt. Zimmer zum Pool (1.Etage) sind sehr schön. Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Pool muss man mögen-ist schon sehr laut. Wir hatten als Familie zwei Zimmer und die waren topp.

Haben für uns nichts negatives gefunden.

Staff and location were excellent. Steps to the beach and great restaurants in walking distance. Good food st the hotel and an excellent pool with swim up bar. Had everything you needed from a beach bag, robes and extra towels for the pool.

The bed was a bit hard for our liking and there were some tiny ants in the bathroom which were a little annoying.

Pool area excellent and service at breakfeast very good. Room 5207 was brilliant, great view and close to everything.

Nothing

Nice spacious room with a view of the beach and palm trees along the street as well as the property gardens. Bed was a little firm, but comfortable - provided amenities were fine. Location was fine - short walk to Bangla Rd, and restaurants. Felt safe at all times, lingering smell of weed everywhere you go along with seeing it in every 2nd shop.

Shower a little difficult to work out with 3 modes and a number of dials, and the room I was in was right above the restaurant so was noisy late at night with live music, but wasn't like it went all night. Assumptions made by desk staff reinforcing I was aware of "extra guest" charges and wanting extra time to check my room on departure as I was travelling on my own (for work).

This resort is right across from the beach in the middle of Patong. It’s got a great restaurant overlooking the beach. $$$ but understandably due to its location.

Good pool

Shower was gross, toilet was always running, beds were very uncomfortable

Nos chambres qui étaient au second étage , en réalité premier étage au-dessus des locaux en rez-de-chaussée en travaux. Bruit infernal de 8 - 9h00 à 17h00.

Prachtig hotel met goede service. Mooi zwembad, dichtbij het strand en een prima ontbijt.

Pretty much everything. Quiet calm hotel in busy Patong.

Front reception staff. Arrived late at night exhausted from long flight. Reception staff slow , no help getting into hotel reception from taxi. Used better service at similar hotels in Patong.

The location of the hotel is excellent

When I entered the hotel, I was surprised to request an additional 4,000 baht for my seven-year-old son, knowing that I accompanied him during my booking from Booking and I felt ridiculed by the receptionist + The room cleaning service was not at the usual level, as it was the fourth time I lived in this hotel over the past years, which made me go to

The location was perfect

We can’t sleep because there is restaurant playing music and singing till late night There is no room service after 11 The hotel doesn’t worth the amount

Breakfast was modest, and the AC unit location was annoying (i don't like AC air blowing at me directly), bathroom tiles color was sark black/brown

Convenient to the beach. Just two minutes away. Super friendly and efficient staff. Should you tire of the Thai food..try the fish & chips. Lovely pool and spa …child friendly **If you have a late flight back, hotel will safely store your bag AND if like me, you like to shower before you travel..hotel gives you access to the pool shower 😎

1. Entrance can be confusing. The bar is opposite the beach and I witnessed lots of travellers arriving at the bar, totally confused. 2. Entrance is on a side street…make sure your transfer/taxi drops you off here.

Even though it’s 40 years old it’s still amazing! We loved the pool access room, and the room was beautiful! The best thing is the bar and restaurant at the front of the resort! Great food, cocktails, and wonderful staff! The nightly band playing was sensational, it really added to that holiday feel!

Not really, the pool deck is getting a bit tired but it certainly didn’t effect our stay!

The room (second floor, balcony to the pool) was big, clean, and modern, we loved everything about it! The pool was amazing too. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and the breakfast buffet highly recommended! It was the perfect place to relax. One street away from the beach and walking distance from so many restaurants and bars, yet completely quiet inside of the room.

I wouldn't recommend a room next to the pool (either you don't mind about your privacy or just keep the blinds closed the whole time). Happy we didn't stay in one of those rooms 😊.

Great hotel,great staff very polite and smily faces. Always wants to help with any issue we wanted Thx a lot for great vacation,and great music from the band.
