A very good hotel with multiple amenities. Spa and Sports bars are good and the restaurant at Mezzanine floor is very good and the food variety and taste was amazing. Staff are very helpful and friendly and they support you to their best abilities. Swimming pool is not too big and gets crowded and the surrounding is city life. But quality of the hotel is definitely 5 star

Great hotel. Very comfortable large room and comfy bed. Nice shower and toilet. Great view of Abu Dhabi. Close to major shopping mall. Buses will take you everywhere. Plenty of taxies nearby. Gym was very well equipped. Swimming pool also nice. Friendly staff everywhere. I recommend for you stay in Abu Dhabi. Restaurants serve good food.

Very nice to spend the max time you can at the facility it's top lexuary

Roopash, Abinav. Hazel, Swetha, Arvinda and Harani are the building blocks of the hotel. Their hardwork and ability to multitask makes the Mariott what it is.

A bit outdated, minibar fridge was empty and not working.

The hotel was amazing, very clean, lovely breakfast and service. However, our room was on the 23rd floor just under the gym so we could hear banging and music.

Excellent service and hotel

Housekeeping helped to put a few floor mats on the floor as it was slippery after my kids had their bath in the bathtub. Hotel was located within walking distance of Al Wahda Mall which was very convenient. Breakfast spread was good with plenty of options.

Nice and spacious room. Double beds were more than comfortable for our stay. Plenty of variety for buffet breakfast. Walking distance to Al Wahda mall.

Clean, updated and very nice overall. Check in was the most efficient I’ve ever experienced.

Great location

This is my first experience at AbuDhabi, I was expecting for a better facility for the cost but couldn't put aside the fact that the room was not designed in a way to facilitate a family. Will re-vonsider next time

Great staff. Very helpful indeed. Entering the Valet parking can be tough at times, due to space and design constraints. Can be easily resolved if the entry and exit is done on a one-way basis. Currently it is two way and causes delays.

Amazing stay with room upgrade

Booked a Jr Suite and the room was huge and spacious. When someone books a room of that size, you would obviously expect guests to ask if they can provide different bed configurations like either a single king bed or 2 queen bed which the room has space for. We had 2 four year old kids so we had that obvious question but the answer was that they only have the single king bed configuration. The obvious next question was that if they can give us a small extra bed that the room had space for despite the 2 huge couches and the 2 extra large chairs and the answer was that we need to pay extra. I would say its common sense to accommodate that request without charging as its a terrible waste of space with all the unnecessary furniture in the room. However, the answer was no. Imad at the front desk initially said they can give it for free but later another manager just wouldnt entertain the request. The hotel was good and i would rate the property absolutely 5 star but small things like this kill the experience. Its not that we couldn't afford it. Its just how much the property would do to make a customer happy. A crib was offered which was falling apart and doesnt fit a 4 yr old, though the hotel said it fits upto 5 yrs of age. It was just flimsy and too small and we said no. The food was great. Maybe the manager who was on staff while we checked in was just not the best. All the other staff was great and helpful.

They gave me a smoking room. Did not change. Rude when tried to change.

Disappointed at this Marriott Property, Check-in process is very slow, Room Condition is not Perfect, Complained about the Hand-held Shower Head leaks (was not rectified), Drawers henges issues….. Was expecting better experience!
