The front desk person, Suzuki-san is the best. He is always friendly and truly happy to help you, from arranging the Black Cat delivery service for our large luggage to calling a cab. We loved the location of this hotel! Very easy to walk in Ginza.

No issues during our stay here. Room was clean & a manageable size for 2 people. Yes it’s very small but didn’t come to Japan to stay in a hotel room all day. Honestly there was actually a good amount of room on the floor for 2 suitcases, we had no issues. In a good location in Ginza near plenty of shops (5 min walk to the flagship Uniqlo store) not a whole lot of food options around but a good way get out to explore other areas.
Staff were happy to hold our luggage upon checkout before our flight.

Marginally polite but functional check in. No English. Request for extra towels was good. Check out polite and in English. Stay was comfortable and served our purposes perfectly. Thank you!

the staff and location we amazing. the staff in particular was outstanding. Unbelievably friendly and extremely helpful. the only downside of the hotel is that the rooms are very small. the footptint barely allowed for a bed and desk (no chair). we were construction tripping over each other when we were in the room.

Rooms are too small, can’t even move in the room. Cannot keep your luggage open during your stay. Only one person can be up at a time, basically I cannot call this is a hotel.

I want to say thank you to the staff of this hotel. They are very helpful. I travel with family and stay in this hotel for a week and unfortunately our shinkansen train was cancelled due to the upcoming typhoon. The staff in hotel provided all the information we need and offer us discount on extra stays. Finally we decide to leave earlier and they refund the day of hotel that we didn't use.

An average hotel. Nothing special and the buffet was pretty sub par. Was a Sotetsu Rewards member after downloading the app and all the other Sotetsu hotels I stayed at let me check out at noon vs 11am for becoming a member, EXCEPT for this hotel. It’s also weird with the front desk being on the 2nd floor and with only three elevators being on the top floor can suck. Very average hotel, but the Grand Sotetsu was much nicer.

This place was great for going around Tokyo. My friend and I were really impressed with the ease of getting everywhere using the metro and we had a lot of options for food. It was also great that there was a Family Mart connected to the hotel which was great for grabbing things at any time of day. Would definitely stay here again!

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ginza was a perfect location for our last night in Tokyo. Quiet, safe, and spacious to accommodate our family group of 16. Conveniently located providing access to shopping, food, and transportation to other parts of Tokyo. Would definitely stay again! Arigato Sotetsu Fresa Inn Staff!

A stay in Ginza district at reasonable price. We are a family of 4 and we got a two room suite. One room has three twin beds while the other has one full size bed. Main street of Ginza is two small blocks away. Shimbashi station is also in walking distance.

This chain is familiar but this hotel was too basic for the Price. The breakfast is really good, but the rest of the hotel was really below what I expected, especially considered where it was located.

We picked this property due to the location. But overall, it was not great compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Rooms did not have usb ports for guests to charge. We had to pick up some charging cables from the lobby. Additionally, other properties usually provide umbrellas for their guests to use and return, but Sotetus does not provide anything special for their guests.

This hotel is one of the best places to stay in Tokyo. It’s extremely close to the subway, in an area that’s very quiet, very clean and welcoming, and overall one of the best hotels around.
I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

My room was a little tight and there was no onsen, in contrast to the previous hotel I stayed at. Nonetheless, the staff was friendly and used google translate to speak to foreigners, as well as providing ample pjs and towels.
