Perfect location, pool Overlooking Florence was amazing … breakfast was really nice

We had a lovely room and loved to relax on the rooftop pool after a long day of exploring. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with any suggestions (food, views, etc.) We even found a cool record shop nearby! Our room was really clean and comfortable. We were right next to the elevator but had no issues with it being loud. Hotel was also very close to the train station which was convenient with all of our bags. We watched the sunset from the rooftop one night and it was magical. It was a 360-degree view of the city. So close to the Duomo and other beautiful spaces.

Smack dab in the heart of main attractions. It was super helpful being close to everything. Rooftop bar and pool gave amazing views of all around. Worth staying here if you can get the chance to.

The rooms were like a prison cell and lacked any character. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the toilet was about 10 cm higher than normal. The breakfast was mediocre. Staff were very accommodating and the location was good.

Love this hotel. Super convenient to train station and short walk to the main areas of Florence. Roof top pool and bar is awesome. It’s a modern and clean hotel. Breakfast is great.

The staff were very helpful and courteous . They provided us with good dining and tour options. The breakfast was excellent.

This property is too expensive for what you get. We paid more than $350 for a tiny room with tiny bathroom on the second floor. It’s an average hotel, not worth this high price.

+ near the metro station. + location not so bad but there is hotels with better location. - The air-conditioning was noisy. - The bed mattress was little bit cheap. - The breakfast so average.

Venice Italy. Hotel fortune totally was a 10 plus. The hotel was totally perfect! From cleanliness to more place than we could imagine. Glance is very modern and close to the train.

It was a clean modern quiet room. Enjoyed the breakfast options. Great location for walking to sites and transportation etc.

Amazing Hotel! Carina was exceptional!

The hotel is conveniently 5 minutes of walk from the train station , walk out and straight on the street to the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly, and helpful through out the stay including great tips on restaurants, the nearby food center and providing fair warning that you don't order a Florentine steak medium or above unless you want to earn the wrath of the locals. The location is walking distance to most places in 15 minutes. Florence isnt that big. That said, i think a hotel a little more central would have helped. The room was great! As a family of 3 we also had a suite where our kid could sleep on a comfy bed outside the bedroom. The closet space was very limited for a suite but the beds were very comfy, the bath was spacious and well stocked and the breaklfast was delicious Overall we would still recommend the room to our family and friends

Service was excellent, location is central, breakfast was generous and tasty, staff especially Bogdan were very helpful. Great stay and would repeat.

Beautiful terrace, pool, and friendly staff complement the nice modern rooms. The complementary breakfast was excellent. Very nice location, easy walking to endless food, tourist sites, and the train station.

Hotel is nice and clean and in a great area for walking to local shops and restaurants. Breakfast options were very good. Bed was not comfortable at all.

From the minute we checked in to the time we checked out, and even then, the service of this hotel’s staff was remarkable and always one or two steps ahead of my needs. It had been a while since I experienced ultimate service. The breakfast was fenomenal!

The hotel is modern and beautiful. The staff is kind and very helpful. We had the deluxe triple room and the sofa bed was comfortable and the room didn’t feel too tight. The shower is nice, modern, clean. The breakfast was amazing. The roof with pool gorgeous. It’s very close to the train station, 5 mins by foot. Loved the 2 elevators. Overall amazing stay!

The facility is well maintained and clean. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. I will stay here when i return this summer

Great stay! Very close to all the main attractions and train station. Hotel and room was very clean - room service came everyday and tidied up the room. Although the rooftop pool was not open, it had excellent views. Awesome hotel! Very safe and reception was always available assist with any questions we had.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in January. First of all, I really liked that it was newly built and the location was very convenient. The staff were all friendly and explained the surrounding tourist attractions well. It's been a long time since I visited Florence, and it was a happy time. The breakfast is especially delicious! I would like to stay again next time!
