Initially we had a great stay. The area is nice and easy to get around. On check out we were cornered by the staff who demanded we pay another day. After trying to communicate with them we found they had altered our check in day to the day prior to our arrival. Their system had clearly been changed as the confirmation number was different to mine. We were forced to pay as they would not let us leave and we were late for our flight. Both me and Expedia have tried to chase this up and have been repeatedly ignored but the property. Avoid at all costs. They are scam artist.

How this hotel can have a 4* rating! I was charged 2x for my stay. This hotel completely ruined my holiday. The receptionist had no idea what he is doing. What made me really angry was that he gave me the most horrible room with fake small and wish have a nice time in a small, smelly room.

The hotel was nice but the room was a big disappointment, didn’t match the pictures at all, it was tiny 3x3 square meters, no balcony, very uncomfortable. The sound of elevator was terrible, super loud, all day and night long, wasn’t possible to sleep. The staff was nice, but unfortunately couldn’t help us with better room. The location of the hotel was good, but no beach in a walking distance.

We received a very warm welcome email before coming and asking us if we needed anything ("don't be shy"): we asked 3 questions and had answers to none. We needed quick information on our early departure to the airport for a shuttle and a breakfast. When we arrived there were 3 staffs but all very slow and non pro active. They told us our room number and floor and that's it. No information regarding the swimpool for example. The room in itself was clean but the bathroom was all damp. The floor (in and outside the shower) was not appropriate to water and was soaked in water. The main door of the shower was missing. It made the bathroom floaded after a shower. In the shower there were mold traces. The room doors at our floor had dysfunctions with their sensors: they kept beeping like a small alarm even when closed with caused little ruckus everytime. The bed on the other hand was really confortable and without the room doors beeping our room was quiet and the hotel in a pretty good shape.

From the room on the first floor we could hear the noise at the breakfast. We asked to be moved to an upper floor and the problem was solved. The shower was without doors because broken, gosh water everywhere. No croissant, no cappuccino, no cereals, for breakfast.. didn't enjoy much therefore.

great staff, hard working and understanding, helped me out with a better room that was available, only thing i think that could improve is the breakfast, but all good!

Staff very friendly, specially ms. Jennet in reception were very friendly. The breakfast is delicious, rooms very clean and comfortable. Location is good for walking and for shopping.

A pleasent and clean hotel with kind staff

That was my first time in Nun hotel . I stayed there for one night . Room is small but comfortable enough for one night, the only point of discomfort was the elevator next to my room (301). Everything was working, air condition, tv , fridge .

I stayed only one night waiting for early morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable, air condition was working well. It's not the newest room, but everything needed is there and condition is good. It's easy to reach airport from this place, around 25 min drive with taxi and you can also book airport schuttle at the hotel - price for both is similar. The neighbourhood is nice, there are couple of nice restaurants around, it's close to see side and park so in general it is good place for single travellers also and for those that need airport proximity.

If problems arise, it is better to know English, even better to know Turkish. Fourth floor room 405. The room is not the same as the photo on the website. Two pillows, a waffle blanket instead of a sheet. Cleaned, but smells strongly of smoking. We report the problem of smell to the reception. Ten minutes and offer another option. Room 104. It is felt that the room in front of us is heavily sprayed with freshener, smells of cigarettes, poorly working air conditioning, garbage in the bucket, the bedding is not bad but also smells, no door tag, the shower is leaking, the ventilation is not working. We report the problem. The answer - there are no other rooms. In which you have been already surrendered. We can move you if there are available. Come back tomorrow. Tomorrow - no rooms and so on, but on the website of the hotel rooms were a week in advance. On the fourth day they said they would call if there was a free room. On the plus side. Breakfast. Always there, the same. If you want something more than coffee and tea, juice or scrambled eggs, be prepared to pay at checkout. There is a shuttle to the beach, haven't seen it. There are scooter rentals. But you can use the city ones. Friendly front desk, but not willing to deal with guest issues. There is wifi, but in the morning and evening you will not connect unless you ask to rese

Our stay was just perfect. Staff, room, breakfast and everything was just as it should be, great.

The hotel is centrally located near to shops, bars and the seafront. It is clean and quiet and pleasant to stay there

Hotel is in a good location, walking distance from restaurants, coffee bars, chill bar and on the coastline of lara. Staff could be more knowledgeable when asking questions of any recommendations for beach, hairdresser or any local food restaurants. Otherwise v helpful. Coffee not tnat great from the nun junior cafe. Turkish tea great however and meals nice.

Stayed one night on the way out of town. Nice room, clean, awesome ac, no bar or alcohol on premises. Bed was super comfy! Walking distance to the water. Shuttle to airport was punctual.

The staff at the reception wasnt very friendly and it took a while for them to understand. They wanted to charge at the higher rate. The major Credit Card did not work at the hotel when the card works fine at small vendors/shops.

Having selected this hotel on the basis of its high review rating, I fail to understand why it was so poor and can only imagine that previous guests have been too generous, or that my standards are considerably higher. The welcome on arrival was particularly underwhelming, and it seemed like the receptionist was annoyed that our arrival had interrupted his game of solitaire on the computer. The room was spacious, but failed to live up to its description - there was no balcony; the minibar was nothing more than a fridge with a few cans of soft drink; there was a kettle, two mugs, and a bottle of water, but no glasses, and no packets of tea, coffee or sugar. Added to this, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the bathroom was not very clean, the bedlinen was skimpy and inadequate, the fire escape floorplan was inaccurate, and the decor was generally tired and needing repairs.We had booked and paid for breakfast for two persons, but observed that we received the same selection and quantity as provided for solo travelers ... and on two of the three mornings not all the listed items were available as we were told they had "run out" of salami.(With a grocery store just a few paces across the street, this was simply unbelievable).With the exception of a lady who provided breakfast service on our final day, we found the staff to be unfriendly to the point of being rude.I would not choose to stay here again, and would warn others to treat past reviews with caution!

Lovely short stay hotel, Easy reach to restaurants and coastline

It’s by Lara Beach which is a pretty quiet and safe area. Walking distance to the restaurants and cafes by the area. The hotel was clean and they even cleaned our room when we didn’t request it! Breakfast was basic. The hotel has free parking and fast WiFi. It was an excellent hotel for the price. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again.
