Great location and great room!

We like to have a common area for clients to gather and talk outside. Would love cornhole or a standing bar area etc. mini fridge with bottled water for guests would be great.

Expected better Hilton! Customer service here was ridiculous. You could never reach the front desk. I don’t think they ever pick up the phone frankly one of the queen size bed we had did not have a blanket on the bed. It had a quilted mattress pad with a skirt attached to it. I asked housekeeping That was in the hall as well as the desk twice to replace To provide a blanket. Finally, one of the guys are sweeping the floor went and found me one. We also called and spoke to somebody at the front desk because our shampoo dispenser was empty in the shower And we didn’t have any toiletries on the sink. Those things never were replaced or provided.

Apon checking in we thought everything would be great based on how beautiful the outside grounds were and the hotel lobby. Then we went onto the room, it was a mess, old food on counter (rice) hair on counters and worse of all hair on bed and pillows. The mattress and pillows are horrible lumpy and saggy. When we went down to front desk to complain the agent seem to not care. We asked for a manager and was told he would not be in til 11am it was 1045 and the agent did not offer to have the manager contact us once arrived. The next day we went to front desk to ask for paper towels the agent states there should have been a roll in your room. There was less than a half roll however we used it cleaning the room the day before since our room was dirty apon checking in. At this point we have decided not to speak with a manager just leave a review and never stay there again. Be aware the breakfast is not that great and if you are eating low carb or healthier there's no options.

Would book again and super close to the beach

We just need to have more space on the beach sand, as the space is getting smaller every year. You could be looking into this with some competent body to claim more space, so that in the very near future you won't lose guests due to lack of beach.

Overall the hotel was good . It was great having a full size fridge and kitchenette . The location of the property was very convenient . It was walking distance to great locations and the beach . The only complaint was really the staff . With the exception of one of the cleaning ladies , the rest of the staff all seemed annoyed . I felt this mostly at the receptionist area . They kept saying the pool closed at 10 but all their signage everywhere says 11pm , so this caused confusion . The breakfast was way less than average . It seemed as though they had the same items on a daily basis . It’s not like in other hotels where they’ll atleast change the main breakfast item . The only reason we would stay again is due to the location and walking distance to the beach .

Everything is great except for the reception service, which is bad and the treatment is bad when you ask them for anything. The breakfast time ends at 9:30. After I arrived half an hour before the time, they suddenly took everything and did not want to bring me any other food. I was not happy with the cleaning.

As much as it cost per night, I was expecting better breakfast options. There was no sausage or bacon for example. Also, we had no TV remote and when we got one, it didn't work. Despite all of that, the room was nice, spacious and clean.

Its location is perfect for the beach. Right in close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Great pool as well. I would stay here again most definitely. Very good for the price especially considering how close it is to the beach.

Loved that we were walking distance to the beach. Staff was friend and accomodating. Room was clean.

Everything was amazing no complaints

I liked the location. Only one lady was friendly at the hotel. The others seemed irritated when we needed something. The free breakfast was okay but food, coffee, plates, milk and bowls seemed to be gone by 8:00 every morning. Just had to settle with what was left.

Excellent place to stay

Stayed 3 nights 4 days never came to clean our room and when I asked for room service never came to service it. Asked for towels and toilet paper never revived. I had to take my own trash out the room and notice everyone doing the same because they didn’t service their room either

Coming from a family of four with 2 small children and being our first time in Destin this location was great. This location was convenient to a lot of restaurants, stores, and entertanment. Plus it was a short walk to the Beach. This hotel was clean and staff were all friendly and welcoming. The suite also had everything we needed to be at home away from home. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Very crowded area. Breakfast was hard to get with so many people and short breakfast times. Our room flooded every time we used the sink. Overall it was a decent stay but preferred the Pensacola home 2 over this one.
