Traveled for a friend’s birthday party. Our room was very nice and comfortable.

I reserved a King room however, I was given a double queen room upon arrival. Inwas told by the front desk clerk, Tisha, that reservations only reserves me a room, which means I get whatever is available not the room of my choosing. I asked if there was a difference in the pricing and she very nonchalantly replied "no its the same amount". I complained and asked for the manager but was informed she wouldn't be available until Monday. I have stayed at many different hotels and have never been told that you do not get what you reserved. I will never stay at that hotel again.

Just a quick stopover for some sleep and a shower, but everything was great. Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed and yummy breakfast. Also, a safe, well-lit parking lot. Everything i needed for a restful stay!

Terrible!!! Not clean ! Bug in Bed and the shower had hair all over! Didn’t even try to help the situation.

The hotel and staff wasn’t bad but there was an incident that caused a lot of police and guns to be there. We had to rush and get out cause I didn’t know what was going on. It was scary. We didn’t get to take showers and get ready. We just had to rush out.

The lady that work the front desk last night was so delightful. She went out of her way to welcome us and get us checked in. She even remembered us by her greeting when we returned with our suitcases. Past midnight we needed some ibuprofen and she assisted us with getting what we needed. Very friendly and loves to help others. Breakfast was a nice touch but unfortunately many thing were not restocked at 9AM so items were limited.

The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and professional. The all area of thus hotel was very cleaned and staff. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The Southern Hospitality, exemplified in the Persona of Marisa, sits at the APEX of Customer Service. It's hard to fathom that Marisa MAY NOT be a Manager, which is a grievous violation. The way she listens FIRST and responds with a Courteous Solution, framed within the Sacred Etiquette of the Hotel Industry. She needs to be PROMOTED - immediately IF NOT SOONER!

This property wasn’t bad and was good for what we needed. If I could give the cleanliness a 2 1/2 star I would. It wasn’t that bad but there was just some weird substances on the wall and cover on the bottom of the bed that did not look good.

Great bang for your buck. The indoor pool is great for family travel. The location fairly central to Kennesaw State University, and the various event facilities of the school. We were there for a gymnastics competition, and there seemed to be 100 other athletes and their families for various other events on the same weekend. The one way roads in Kennesaw make getting in and out of the hotel a bit odd, but it wasn't a big deal.

Came for a family members visitation and funeral that was miltary/police for my Uncle and we came down the day before since it was a 10:30 am funeral time . Slept good and had a several choices of food for Breakfast.

Nice hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. The staff was very nice at night when I checked in and she even brought me an item to my room that I’d forgotten at the front desk.

Really great staff. Clean hotel smells great. Coffee was left out all day if you wanted it. Just didn’t get my room clean all three nights we stayed but everything Elsa was great

The staff was welcoming and responsive. The breakfast is limited but well within my expectations for the price point of the hotel. If you’re looking for something akin to restaurant level…go to a restaurant. This was more than sufficient for our needs. I’ve stayed there the last 2 times I’ve been in town, and will book my next stay here also. The front desk team is great! Thank you for a great stay!
