The experience at Starz was good. Clean room, However the room #102 needs to be equipped with a refrigerator microwave and ironing board. None of those were present in the room but was indicated online as part of the amenities. Close to the Ferry Dock and Airport.

I checked into the hotel and found a condom on the side of the bed and notified the front desk staff several times, even at check out and nothing was done.

Was not even on the property for 5 minutes and had to leave. Air conditioning not functioning, bugs flying around, and loud noise from the bar next door. When discussed with receptionist, was told that they didn’t have any other rooms available and that the booking was non-refundable. Worst experience of my life.

The stay was okay but staff at the front desk would catch an attitude when we asked for towels. They do not give out towels every day, it’s more like every other day which needs to change. The staff seemed more interested in the bar next door to them, then the guest staying. Attitudes was poor but room was okay. Definitely consider getting a car because it is not likely that you would get transportation for the taxis

The hotel wasn't clean as it should be. The ac was dirty, the shower had strands of hair on the walls. No washcloths were available and the "washed" towels had hairs in it. For charging persons $100.00 for cleaning fee it is not clean.

It was very loud with music and cars. Had to get my door key card reset 3 times. No coffe pot or refrigerator in room. Water leaks on the floor from tolit seat. No pressure for the shower, also leaked water all over the floor. No parking area, very difficult parking safely. The AC worked good and the bed was ok. I will never stay there again

The front desk person, Carla, was very professional and courtesy to handle everything. We missed a small frigi in the room. Very clean. The shower don't have the full door and some water spilled in the bathroom floor.

St Thomas trip was 5 Star over all. Beautiful and safe island. Starz Hotel was great! I will definitely be returning In future . Starz hotel gives you real St Thomas experience ! Super clean ! Very accommodating . Walking distances from great restaurants . Also walking distance from taxi stop. Where you can take a safari taxi for $2 and experience St Thomas FORREAL! They make you feel like family and right at home. T-Resturant and Chicken Fry has great coffee , breakfast , lunch and dinner and is very affordable, plus walking distance from hotel. I recommend activities on Expedia , night time kayak and daytime snorkeling. Overall was a great vacation. I recommend Starz Hotel for St Thomas experience ☺️

Wheew! I prayed my entire stay. The images and previous reviews did not give the RAW. To keep it short but real…
1: area was very sketchy
2: very noisy at night
3: hot rod cars race at night on the Main Street
4: staff all young and not friendly
5: hard to get transportation to after safari stops running
6: not worth the savings
7: night club in the lobby at night.
8: could definitely find better quality for the money

For a 1 night stay in order to get to the airport early the next day this wasn't a bad choice but if you wanted to stay there for a vacation I would strongly advise against it. The traffic in the early morning is very loud with large trucks and noisy motorcycles on the move. Also, when trying to park a car it is very dangerous as the traffic is heavy and everyone drives very fast and the parking area is very hilly and narrow. No coffee in the room and the refrigerator and the TV were not functioning. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked fine.

What I didn’t like was climbing all those stairs with a heavy suitcase. Otherwise the property is excellent for an overnight stay or even extended stay for vacation. I stayed in an apartment with a full size fridge and stove so theirs the option to cook. The price was very affordable also.
