Close to Como SG train station. Helpful friendly staff. Extremely clean and well appointed rooms. Rooftop pool amazing views. Food, although pricey, is fresh and convenient. Opt for the “breakfast included” option the buffet is wonderful.

Staff at breakfast and maid service was great! Facilities & decor seem a bit hospital like. Concierge, front desk, spa staff were not friendly and rude at times. Pool was over crowded and closes early (6pm) and staff was mildly surly. Better to splurge a bit to stay somewhere nicer or avoid the area.

The property is beautiful, the rooftop bar is amazing with views of the lake. However, we had such a bad service experience at the rooftop restaurant. The staff seemed rushed, displayed an attitude with eye rolls and impatience to take our orders to the extent that we were scared to ask for drink or food recommendations. The person serving us seemed to be having a good time with others and the bad attitude seemed to be just directed towards us? We were 2 Asian females traveling.. so I don’t know It is such a beautiful location, we were told they cannot take our picture. Anyways, just cause of this not sure if I would like to go and stay there again.

Well, for the price you pay, I believe that giving me access to the spa facilities should be free. What’s the point of paying €700/night and then another €39 for “spa facilities”. Left a very bad taste

Booked a deluxe king room room 525. The room was Very plain, grout could be redone in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Although I read the reviews I didn’t realize it’s a mile to walk into town. Taxis are very limited, and just make up their own pricing. Rooftop was beautiful, breathtaking views, delicious food, and drink.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It’s in almost new condition. Rooms are beautiful. Lake view was gorgeous. Very modern facilities. Pool with lake view is to die for. Would definitely stay there again. Drinks are excellent and food is delicious. Definitely an AAA to this hotel.

The hotel could be very beautiful, especially at this location, but many things are Italian-style badly organized/structured... There are like five elevators spread out over the entire hotel, and you cannot just take any of those to get everywhere, no, you have to know exactly which one to take to eg. reach the swimming pool or the roof-top bar, because some do not reach up the 6th floor, and even on the other floors you cannot walk through to the other side, you have to go down to ground floor to reach the right side where the elevator to reach the roof is. And to make things worse, this elevator did not stop on our floor (3rd), for some stupid reason there was no button for floor 3. Amazing. When we arrived, the guy at the reception just told us to go to elevator 2 to reach our room, but given there was a party on the ground floor, the direct way to that elevator was not permitted, so we walked around like fools for 10mins to just find our room... At the breakfast, they told us that they will bring coffee which never happened, so we just served it ourselves. In the room there are like 15 light switches, not a single one had a tag saying for which light it was, so it was like a constant exercise to find the right switch for the right light... For Hilton, I'd definitely expect a better organization and management!

It is very nice modern hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. We upgraded our room they offered us free breakfast. Very clean. We would go back.
