I like the room it’s net and clean and the staffs are smiling.

Room is small but location is good, overnight parking next to the hotel for a very good price. Easy to access shopping area nearby.

it is very close to metro station (yet we drive to here). there is aeon supermarket nearby with just 5 min walk! the ramen shop nearby is very cheap but yummy! the room is small but it is reasonable in japan. we like the desktop in the lobby as we need to use computer to do some backup

The hotel was super close to the station in Fujisawa. No issue with check-in, was straightforward and hassle free. They even let us store our suitcases at the hotel before check-in time. Good wi-fi. Complimentary breakfast was included however we never got to experience it as we were never ready before breakfast ended at 9.30. The rooms were clean but were small (what you'd expect for Japan). It's a small space for 2 people, maybe more suitable for a solo traveller. The bed was incredible uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that we actually were unable to sleep and left a day early as we couldn't face another night in the bed. It's a shame as that was the only downside to the hotel.

ふつうのCity Hotel のひとつですが、藤沢の駅に近く便利です。 Breakfastはまあまあ食べられます。また泊まりに行くつもりです。 部屋は狭いです。

What an amazing hotel. All the staff was helpful n courteous. Room was clean and was well stocked with amenities. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was a super start to the day. Everything was close by including train station and many places to eat and shop. Don't miss this hotel. Happy Trails

Hotel ok. Try to push you their membership card if you want to check in before 4 pm and 10 am check out is earl even for Japan. A chain hotel. Nickel and dime-y extra charges for complete breakfast (not the included one).
