I arrived late in the night at the hectic airport in Nairobi and immediately saw the sign for the hotel shuttle. After a quick drive I arrived and was checked in immediately. This allowed me to have a great night sleep before my next flight the following day.

Bad sound isolation. I heard every single word being said in the hallway, and a bang every time the security door to main hallway closed. There was a large gap under door also letting light into the room. As I arrived late, and had very early flight there was no change to change room - it would have woken me up more.

I always stay at this airport hotel when landing in Nairobi. Have probably stayed over 10 times in the few years. Their airport pick is always on time and very efficient. The staff are always kind and have never had an issue with my room. The restaurants have a good selection of options, convenient hours, and friendly staff. Airport drop off have also always been very simple. As many of the flights land and take off at early morning hours, this is my go-to airport hotel! Being within the security boarder off the airport also makes pick-up and drop-off even easier.

We have stayed here several times - what a fantastic hotel. The rooms, food, facilities are outstanding, but the staff - simply the best. Diana at reception, the drivers Chris and Walter, the breakfast team - really first class.

Few minutes from the airport , inside the security perimeter, which is a huge advantage. Rooms , big, clean , well appointed. Hourly shuttle , but choice of booking private shuttle at anytime - I think it was $10 one way. Small souvenir shop near reception, better prices than duty free shops at the airport! Food at coffee shop tasty, good quality and portion size. Highly recommend for a convenient, safe stay near the airport .

Stayed here for a few hours before catching our super early fight to go home. Clean and convient, but the hourly shuttle is kind silly. For an airport hotel, you would expect a much more frequent shuttle schedule, especially when Uber and taxi cannot come in to pickup guest.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The facility is wonderful and I will be staying here again. It is extremely easy to get to when arriving by air in the evening. I gave a lower grade for area around the property as I do not think it would be as convenient as other properties If I were staying in Nairobi for more than a night.

We had an 11 hr layover at airport and the shuttle picked us up and returned us to the airport the following 5:00 am. All went perfectly smooth!

Pickup at airport was excellent - on time by very courteous employees. Our only disappointment was that our shower in the evening and morning did not get hot, only lukewarm.

The staff was the greatest asset! Everyone was wonderful. Pool was under construction (wish there was a note about this on reservation), but staff accommodated me and took great care of me on the terrace. Thank you for an oasis when my flight was cancelled.

The hotel is immaculate. Service was perfect. The food was very good. I loved that the hotel had free laundry services since we had been on Safari for nine days. The people at the hotel and all over Kenya were kind and friendly and honest. I hope to return someday.

Shuttle is by request on pickup (look out for sign) and then only hourly to drop off. Could be a bit more frequent for a hotel only a few mins from terminal.

This hotel is not attached to the airport but has a shuttle every hour. It is clean and has a bar, a cafe, and a restaurant. The rooms were nice but if you wanted more towels, you had to turn in your used ones. They only allotted two towels per room which I thought was strange. The service was lovely and the cafe food was delicious.

My Kenya Airways flight got delayed and as a result I asked the property to cancel my reservation but they wouldn't... sometimes a gesture is appreciated, in this case I guess I'll never go back to this hotel!

We had a 2 night stay to break up a return flight to the UK.
The room was spotless & had a huge, very comfortable bed.
We ate both nights at the rooftop bar. The service there was outstanding. Our servers both nights (29th & 30th May) looked after us really well.
We didn’t hear any plane noise in our room.
100% recommend this hotel.

The Crowne Plaza is a well presented, upmarket property with excellent, helpful and professional staff.
The downside is it is not quite as close to the airport as portrayed, it’s an 10minute or so bus ride, and the surrounding area is very run down with no amenities.

The airport is very close to the airport and they offer free shuttle every hour. They also secured a driver for us to take us into Nairobi for dinner and they also offer safaris to Nairobi National Park. A real gem
Of a park and a knowledgeable guide. Much cheaper than hiring outside company! The restaurant food is excellent and the staff is superb. A real haven of luxury in hectic and gritty Nairobi!
