Place was kept tidy and had daily room service. Staff were friendly. Could’ve had more options at breakfast (ie. more cooked options and breakfast tea to offer) however the cakes were always varied and nice.

Not sure why this hotel is only 1 star - it was better than some 3 star hotels. Mario on reception is very helpful and friendly. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay including parking and a pool. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Wifi good, shower pressure good. Breakfast ok but lots of homemade cakes which were yummy. Walk into Tavira starts on busy main road with no footpath, but its fine if you are careful. Would recommend this hotel.

As a couple we stayed at this hotel on 1st May 2024. The reason we chose, was because it would accept pets, and we have 2 dogs. The hotel is happy to accept them, as long as they are well behaved. In addition you need to be aware that you are liable for any damage. This was not a problem for us as our dogs are well trained and responsive. I would imagine humans cause a lot more damage! We paid about €80 for our room, which was clean, tidy and spacious. There was a fridge, coffee machine, and good size private bathroom in our room. There is a good size swimming pool as well! We were also delighted that the price included breakfast, which was very good and covered everyone's needs (ie veggie, etc). Its about 2KM into town and there is a busy road outside with nor pavement. However, we ordered a pet friendly UBER taxi each way, which cost us €4 each time, and made life very easy. This hotel is well worth a try, especially if you wish to bring your dog/cat etc, and we will certainly use it again, when we next visit Tavira. Finally, we received great service from Raul, behind reception. He was kind, courteous and a credit to the hotel

Great local hotel within easy walking distance from the train station in Tavira. Friendly welcoming staff on arrival and throughout our 4 night stay. Comfortable modern room with smart new bathroom and balcony overlooking well kept gardens. Decent sized outdoor swimming pool for a relaxing dip on an afternoon. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, nice selection of breads and choice of local speciality cakes & pastries. Brilliant value for money but a little bit on the outskirts of town so if you are happy to stroll 15 minute on an evening to the old town then this won't be an issue.

Facility was clean and neat, it really had no amenities to speak of. The breakfast was perfectly fine I was surprised that it had a rating in excess of nine. Very small television changer did not work. I believe that it needed new batteries. It was perfectly fine for the price but I would have expected the price to be lower. it is located outside of the there was no easy way to walk to it without going onto a busy road.

Hotel okay and in good location my only quibble was noise during the night, dogs barking and late night party goers returning in the early hours kept me up all night, I by no means blame the management for this as it’s totally out of their control.

Really friendly welcome and very helpful staff. Reception area sparkles. Parking ample. Room had a balcony and although there was road noise we had a good view of the town. Town was a little walk but only 5-10 minutes. Breakfast was fabulous with every item you could wish for including delicious cakes.. all included in a very reasonable price.

Perfect for my 3 night stay. Not fancy but clean and a very friendly staff. Pretty decent breakfast in the morning also.

When searching it said it was walkable and it is not, nice restaurant next door, but didn’t like that you couldn’t walk to get dinner as restaurant was closed on Mondays and we had just driven for 6 hours. Also walls are thin, no soundproofing, could hear dogs barking at 5am, toilets flushing, a couple fighting two nights in a row, so it was a great location as it’s inexpensive but didn’t sleep well even though the beds are super comfortable.

Hotel is small and welcoming. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Room was clean and a good size. Nespresso machine in room. Breakfast very good, hot dishes of Bacon and scrambled egg. Cold ham and ham, cereals, bread, rolls and croissants, fruit and cakes. Restaurant, O Tacho, adjacent isvery good for lunch or dinner.

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel and was very comfortable there. Lovely big balcony and room adequate with everything that was needed for a short stay. Very clean, maid came in daily. Lovely decor in the whole of the hotel and very pretty and charming. Breakfast very good. Bit noisy in the evenings from the restaurant adjoined but otherwise very quiet and peaceful. Had a lovely stay!!

It was just outside the city with easy access to drive to the old town. For the price, it was a great deal, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Great stay and great breakfast. Really clean and good facilities. Road can be a bit risky to cross outside. But location wise and quality of the hotel is far far better than the 1 star it has. Totally underrated.

We only stayed one night, The room was quiet despite being located so close to a main road. The room was comfortable, bed cozy, room had the dark black out and shower had good power. The breakfast was good, and parking easy. Town centre is very close but we were advised to drive rather than walk.

Although officially 1* i would rate itat least 2.5. Very welcoming reception staff with English. Small lounge are inside, large exterior lounge area. Rooms not large but an acceptable space. Nespresso machine and drinking water. Bathroom good size. Balcony area with chairs and table. All very clean. Superb breakfast. Cold meats and cheeses in a covered chilled area. Hot bacon and scrambled eggs. Cereals, fresh fruits, cakes, rolls and croissants etc. Very highly recommended. Staff friendly and helpful.

We only stayed one night. Although close, it was almost impossible to walk to downtown due to the scaring traffic on the street that we had to cross. We had to take the car. It is not a bad hotel, people are nice and friendly (receptionist very nice) but the location is challenging.

We were only there one night and wished we could stay longer! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very nice and the grounds and pool looked lovely!

Value for money, good location, easy parking and walkable to town centre.
