Clean nice hotel only complaint was a beeping coming from down the hall all night one them you just notice but then keep noticing

I was in town for the weekend, had a great experience at a different La Quinta in completely different state so I figured I’d give this particular La Quinta location a try. Off top, this hotel is kinda difficult to find. You cannot see this hotel from the road. When I finally pulled in, I noticed immediately that the front parking lot is particularly small. They are doing some remodeling work so parking in the back lot was kinda limited & honestly I didn’t feel comfortable parking my car back there because at night; the area can feel slightly sketchy. People roaming around & a couple of abandoned cars just sitting in the lot as well. There was someone who patrolled the hotel in the evening which was nice. The room, I had zero complaints about, bed was comfortable. Front desk was very friendly! Easy check in as well. My son enjoyed the pool & the gym.

Was there for long Holiday weekend..Property dirty, area does not look safe at all and they did not have a complete breakfast juice was out Saturday would not be stocked till Friday house keeping said I was there till Monday.

The hotel was great. Indoor pool, coffee pot, microwave, fridge, plenty of room in the room. Was clean. Parking was close and had no issues with things being stolen. Rooms were quiet

The rooms were nice and clean, with the exception of a few spots in the tub that were not properly coated or covered. Basically patch jobs. There were large tiles missing from the front of the building and in the back there was all kinds of debris and trash right by the exit/entrance door and at the perimeter of the back of the building. Also the hallway had an odor that it seems they tried to overcompensate by using way too much air freshener.

The stay was GREAT! Staff was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend r this hotel

Connie at the front desk was the best part of the trip, unfortunately there were bugs in my room and the surrounding areas didn’t seem safe for my family. Overall just needs a touch up.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate. Breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.

Booked a last minute trip here for my birthday due to the hurricane in Houston which were my original plans. My husband and I drove 16 hours and I was glad that a room was available before check in time. Upon arrival into our room the bed was unmade and dirty towels were laying everywhere. I called the front desk to let them know the room hadn’t been cleaned. We came back down and was provided with another room key on a different floor and our room was upgraded to a suite because of the inconvenience. Had a good stay, you could hear kids running down the halls at all times of the night which was my only issue.

I love the property it also have an inside pool only thing I wish is they have microwave in the rooms and also free breakfast.

Smells disgusting, seems like a one night hotel . Finger prints everywhere. Not a good vibe at all . Don’t recommend booking with family (kids) .

THE VALVE OF SHOWER DID NOT WORK, ONLY HOT WATER CAME OUT SO I TOOK A SHOWER WITH HOT WATER. THE FAUCET HAVE A VERY LOW WATER PRESSURE, AND ONLY HOT WATWE ALSO

It was very nice and enjoyable

I waited 2 nights before someone would come check out the tub which is the only reason i stayed here cause i couldn’t take showers at the time. Lady told me a manager would be in next morning to talk with her about a discount but every time I went looking for manager they were never seen. The lady’s seemed lost. And that makes me wonder if they are even trained for the job.
