The best hotel experience! The Bellman Arian and the staff were amazing and the restaurant breakfast and rooftop was aLeo amazing.

I'm a big fan of boutique hotels and The Heritage fits the description. Considering this is a rather young and new property I'm certain that some of the kinks will be fixed within a short period. Cons: 1) Rooms are on the smaller side with minimal storage area for clothing and luggage. 2) There is no gym. Pros: 1) Great restaurant. 2) Enjoyed the terrace and the rooftop bar. 3) Extremely professional and friendly management and staff all around.

Room was beautiful. 5 star but the rest of hotel was a 4 star. Check in was great but after that it went downhill.

We stayed just one night on our way back from Cordova to the airport. Staff was friendly, room was lovely, bed and pillow were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Loved the hotel but please tell front desk that not all international flights leave from terminal 4. United Leaves from terminal 1. Staff is very informed and helpful otherwise.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, great service!

When staying in a large city with an infinite number of hotels to select from; finding a way to sort through the possibilities is critical. We have found Relais and Chateau properties to be welcoming, well-appointed and staffed with gracious, knowledgeable staff. Heritage Madrid provides a gold standard for the brand. The property is situated in a very accessible but quiet part of the city, the bedrooms, and bathrooms while not huge are very pretty with comfortable beds, pillows, and amenities. Breakfast is delicious and comes with multiple options for large and small appetites. The rooftop bar is made special with climbing roses and jasmine. A truly wonderful place for wine after a day of sightseeing. We have absolutely no negative feedback or even suggestions for better service at this property. THANK YOU to the Heritage Madrid and to Relais and Chateau for not disappointing.

We had a lovely relaxing experience at the Heritage Relais. The staff is very professional amd helpful and the hotel is elegant and quiet with a lovely rooftop terrace. It is very convenient to take a bus into the centre of bustling Madrid...and then to return "home" to the quieter neighbourhood.of the Heritage. We are returning again in a couple of weeks at the end of our trip.

I dont usually write reviews for the hotels that I have stayed. But this one !!! I RECOMMEND it and Loved it through out our stay. We had an early flight and we were exhausted, when we came to the front of the door , immediately greeted by the staff and they weee really nice to let us check in early and upgraded our room. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The house keeping was top notched. Overall , me and my husband were really happy with the service we received and will stay here again next time in Madrid.

We only stayed one night in order to go to the airport. The property is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. The room is super cute and bathroom amazing with an amazing jacuzzi very much needed after traveling through Spain.

Everything is very good.

Relais & Chateaux sets a high standard, and the Heritage in Madrid certainly meets it. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms more so, the rooftop deck wonderful, and the service is marvelous. Can't lose. Plus-- the Salamanca section of town where it's located is great. It's a lovely area and away from the tourist crush while still being close enough to easily get to everything.

Relatively new boutique hotel. Room was generous in size and beautifully decorated. Service was excellent especially by the front desk (Alberto) who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Porter was also excellent and very attentive. Only downside was waiting for a mixed drink for 15 minutes at a time when the restaurant was almost empty. Service at dinner was not very attentive until we raised a concern and then it picked up significantly. Would definitely recommend a stay here. While it is a 20 min taxi ride to the tourist sights it is very walkable and close to good restaurants

Great hotel

We arrived at 8 am after a redeye flight. They gave us a room right away so that we could rest. During our stay, we took a long weekend to Morocco. They stored our extra luggage for us, and it was waiting in the room upon our return. The rooms are well decorated, albeit a little on the small side. Staff very helpful with suggestions and accommodating requests. Restaurant very tasty - wish we had gone before the last night there.
