I don’t know why the housekeepers repeatedly knocked on my door while I was sleeping. They woke me up. There was also a gross crusty wash cloth in my room. Overpriced

The beds are horrible! The mattress was so flimsy or light - it slid on the base. You could not sit in bed without the mattress sliding forward! Also very uncomfortable and we had bad backs upon getting up! Also it took a super long time to get hot water in the shower. I thought the hot water was out - but finally got warm water halfway through my shower!

Everything was nice and clean

Great location. I selected this hotel because of the pet friendly and human friendly walkable, save area. Water pressure was low and no cold water. The shower was like being in a rain shower rather than a bath shower. The faucet in the sink area was loose and cold or even cool water never was present. Not enough of an annoyance to stop me from considering future stays. Thank you

Have stayed here dozens of time. Least favorite stay of all this time. Room Needs more than One desk chair to sit on. Clearly an area in the room where one/ two could fit.

The hotel had not read my requests entered thru my reservation (upper floor and extra pillow). I know they're not required to, but it's good to know where they stand. Dont think the bottom bed sheet had been changed. Bed had dirt or crrumbs in it. Loud music downstairs, almost right outside our window until after midnight. Not aure a/c workinf quite right and it was really noisy. Lastly directions on where to park and how to find the front desk are seriously lacking. Oh and I hate the sliding door on the bathroom! It wouldn't stay shut!

No hot water could not shower.

Location is good, cleanness is good. Unfortunately, the facility did not alway work well. For examples, the bath room door cannot be closed. There is no hot water or there is not cold water occasionally.

There was no Hot water on my first day, I was told that it would be on by the next day. Next day came and still no hot water could not shower for work. That is unacceptable and I’m sanitary.

No hot water. Told me to call orbits for a discount. Call the hotel if you need to verify

Excellent spot with great vibes all around. Plenty of food options within walking distance and a great spot to have a nice night out without having to drive anywhere. Would have given 5 stars, but we didn’t get any hot water on our 3 night stay. Staff did make us aware of the issue at check in, but it was definitely an inconvenience. With that being said, we will book here again in the future for sure.

Facilities and rooms were not the quality that I expected for the rate charged. The staff was not friendly. I left to stay at a Westin property nearby.

Beautiful property near the train, but there’s no need when you have many options within walking distance.

I love the Aloft concept.

Wonderful location next to many restaurants. Spacious rooms, cool modern design in lobby. Only complain is that there was only one temperature of water. Both the sink and shower were moderately hot water and there was no cold water or any way to adjust the temperature.

Very clean

My carpets were extremely dirty! You could see the build up in the corners as if it was never vacuumed. The hotel had no hot water. Toilet ran the entire night and wouldn’t fully flush. Room was arranged nicely and staff was excellent.

The room was great and the area, only thing is that the tv was having a lot of issues when we wanted to watch Netflix or use the HDMI. It never ended up working.

This is the second time I stay at this property. it is clean, nice, with lots of shopping and eating options within walking distance. I will stay here again in future visits.

Me and my husband have stayed at this hotel a few times. We’re out if towers this stay is was me and my 6 months pregnant daughter stay cause she had a important doctors appointment the next morning I was downstairs when my daughter called me upset that she got into the shower after turning the knob completely on hot to find out it was ice cold shower water. I stop at front desk to tell them about the problem in our room “ oh we’re aware and their working on it right now” 746pm okay so I went to outr room and I had to take a cold shower as well at 830ish I didn’t like that. So I work up to get a shower before the appointment to find out the issue wasn’t resolved. I call for desk and told them it’s no communication from none of the hotel staff about tell the people they spend their hard earned money with them at least they can inform the people that booked with them about their issues at the hotel so we can decide if when want to stay or book somewhere else. No communication at all!! I asked the front desk to see about get some compensated for our horrible stay.
