Spot on location and the room is very comfortable. The owner did not like the fact i wanted to hang in the lobby as i had issues with the wifi outside but he was quick to show me i needed the key inserted to get the wifi on the paito...dumb jet lagged American, The pension is safe and secure and the coffee is good :-)

Perfect for a quick stay, really comfortable beds, great shower and our host was so nice and funny! Gave us great information for the island and allowed us to store our bags after check out so we didnt lug them around all day waiting for the ferry! 👌

Great location. Close to bus and city centre. Owners were pleasant, but asked for an hour later check out and they didn’t even think about it. The answer was no. A little disappointed.

Sometimes you get what you pay for and in this case it's mostly true. The location of the hotel is good. It's down an alley on the other side of Fira than the caldera but it's less than 5 minutes walk to the caldera and has the local buses a few blocks down the road. Service was great. The reception was very friendly, gave me a great overview of the island with a map and they offer free coffee or tea anytime. I also used their shuttle service to get to the airport which was very good. Onto the room. The room was acceptable. It had everything you would expect from a hotel room but lacks a bit of cleanliness and renovations. The room wasn't dirty but the chrome bits in the bathroom were stained and the room felt like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while. It was far from being gross and for the price, I would say it's fine. Just make sure you set your standards low so you won't be disappointed. Also, the bed and especially pillow could have been better. Overall, I wouldn't strongly recommend this hotel but if you're looking for something cheap, this will do the job. I would stay here again

I wouldn’t go and say this a five star experience by any means - however, they went way above any sort of expectations I had and you cannot beat this price for a brief stay in Santorini

Perfect cozy hotel in the middle of everything. Just one block from downtown and all restaurants and stores.

Pros: - Hotel has a 35 euro tour which they provide to bring you around the Island- They also have a 24 hours reception where you can have coffee and tea. Everytime when we go there, we will be asked what we like to have. - Complimentary wine in the roomCons:- The moment we check out of the hotel and made all the payment for the city tax etc, the serivice attitude was gone. They wont asked if we want coffee or tea anymore. Worst still, we were being told off to buy water at the port. - When we check in, we realised the toilet bowl was not working and informed the receptionist the first thing. He said he will check it but when we came back to the room, it is not yet fixed and we have to ask another guy to do it. - The advertised tour was 11am till 9pm via Expedia message but when we head there, it was only 10am till 6pm. (2 hours short)- Tour was so-so as they just practically bring you around the island. Was advertised that the tour guide will take photos for us but not really irl.- Breakfast around the area was a little hard to find during winter times.Overall, we thought that while its good that they are earning extra income for these extra services, sometimes it might be good if they are more service orientated.

Location is great. Staff accommodating and very pleasant. They arranged our day tour which was unforgettable. Niko our guide was amazing and funny. Transfers was available at an affordable price. Will recommend to others

This hotel is good! Because of nearby downtown, bus stop and restaurant. I use hotel pick up service. this service is 5 euro. This is convinient and cheaper than Taxi. If i go santoriny again, i am willing to go this hotel.

Everything was in good condition and best part they have their own airport transfer as well as day trip in Santorini

Wish we had stayed at this hotel the entire trip in Santorini. Nice shops around and just 2 blocks from bus stop to other cities on the island. Offers you tea, coffee, wine in lobby and leaves pitcher of local wine in room. We also used the transfer to the airport which is only 5 euros. Very comfortable and feels private.
