My wife and I stayed here for one week in August 2023. The biggest takeaway about our stay at Silk Sense was the incredible customer service. I particularly want to thank the restaurant manager Thuy. Her level of service is world class. We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool. The pool area is relaxing and quiet. We stayed in the King Suite with a river view. The size of the two-story room was impressive. It was perfect for a couple. We took advantage of the breakfast buffet every morning. There is cuisine from both eastern and western culture also with a ton of fresh fruit. And, of course, Vietnamese coffee! I would highly recommend staying here. We look forward to returning next summer!

Very nice facilities and excellent service. Staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and interesting. Day tout to My Son was incredible. Food was also great. Everything was fresh, organic and well presented. Highly recommended.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They put a lot of attention to detail. Breakfast was amazing and the highlight of our stay. Swimming pool and garden were relaxing and beautiful. Only wish was for the swimming pool to be a bit warmer.

It locates at the quiet area that’s not too far from the old town. Staffs are professionally trained, helpful. Room is clean, beautifully setting. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Return travellers. Similar service to 2019 but extras trimmed. For example only 1 bus to the old town and beach. Very popular with the South Koreans. Good that they still have the bikes. Pool and surrounds kept beautifullly.

Amazing property! Front desk was awesome and very accomodating. They upgrade us just because we waited a little long for our room (10 minutes) , and that upgrade made our stay even better. Thank you will be back

Poor service & low quality. Bad simple breakfast. Hotel generally in bad condition.Very dirty rooms. Dirty pool. Area full of mosquito. Far from beach & outside restaurants. Hotel restaurant very expensive. Very dirty place.

Great feel to the property. Staff great and very helpful. They arranged private tours for us. Rooms great. Very clean and tidy. Location good. Quick tax ride into Hoi An city. River was good for a morning walk or run to burn off the amazing food. Breakfast buffet was really good. We will be back!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating - nothing was an issue. If I ever get back to Hoi An, this is where I will stay and the place I would recommend to all my friends. Facilities were clean and tidy and staff went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable - including a farewell cake!

Beautiful hotel. Difficult to find a spot around the pool at times. Lots of families with kids who hogged the hot tub. Other than that faultless. Staff falling over themselves to help and chat.

Large rooms with great amenities, amazing breakfast (best bread and pastries ever), free bikes and shuttles to old quarter Hoi An, romantic river atmosphere, very helpful staff and beach within walking distance and spa for relaxing. Worth staying away from the city center to have this hotel quality.

Resort is pretty. Swimming poor and walking road. But i feel hot at the lobby and even welcome drink is not that cool. So first impression is soso. And we had meal at the hotel on saturday evening cuz they have sea food buffet but it was terrible. There was only some small foods that i can serve by my self but defenielty all is from the mornig meal served for free. Not the new one. And the sea foods are not that many and doesnt look fresh. I ordered 10 pcs of shrimp but they only served 4 or 5 pcs. I dont know why. The woman staff was not that kind. She didnt served source for fish. If it should be served by us they shoudl let ys know. Anyways it doesnt look good resorts food at all. We paid a lots for that dinner. My paresnts very disappointed and me either.we were said. And the other morning(17.june) another woman staff at the restaurnat was very unkind. She was almost yelling me for my pose at the chair. I am not the kids and i was your customer at tge luxury resort. I cant beleive it. I wonder why they dont educate fot service to their staff. This resort is not that cheap at all for me. I am sorry but i dont want rr ommed here to anyone. But the staffs at the lobby. They were good and theur service level is quite good. They tried help me all the ways. And the spa was also good. Free foot massage etc.. And the marketing department at this resort work quite good. They always advertise themselves via sns.

Great stay. Great service. Nice room (we stayed in a private pool suite) and comfy bed. Only complaint is there’s a beautiful tub, but seems like hot water would run out most of the day so we couldn’t run a bath.

Amazing hotel; fantastic room, excellent breakfast and fab staff - especially Trang in breakfast, My at the pool and all the reception team. Nice location near beach and shuttle to town. Only criticism would be the hotel would be even more enjoyable if adults only.
