Tv remote broken in several places,and taped back together, went to check-in remote was replaced with working remote, then found tv had no signal after 2 hours waiting on maintenance, I found the cable was not connected to tv.
We found leftover food in microwave molded with bugs. Hotel does have hot water, but the room we were in had several holes in walls and floors that need attention.
Didn’t seem like cleaning was a priority at this property

Loud, stained bedding, bugs, things left in mini fridge from previous customers, “continental breakfast” was breakfast bars and apples. Spend the extra and go somewhere else.

Check in was pleasant. Room however was not at all what was pictured. Bathroom was dirty. Had roaches, lighting was not working and bathroom did not look properly cleaned.

I checked in with ease and checked out 2 mins after checking in. Asked for a refund and they said I will get it back we will see. This place needs to be shut

This place was the worst I've ever stayed at. It's a shame it has the Wyndham name even attached to it. Dirty floors, towels, tub, shower curtain, etc. Even ended up with some uninvited guests that were in the process of dying....just terrible!!! I left early and requesting partial refund because I'm sure I won't get all of it back. Don't stay there unless you can verify some changes. Nobody should go through that.

I dont even know where to begin. The room wasnt even cleaned at all and the people at the front desk were goofing around not doing their job.

The free breakfast was nutragrain bars. The juice machine was filled with water. The coffee was so old that when I looked at the filter there was mold inside. I’ve stayed in some cheap crappy hotels in my lifetime and this was one of the worst.

Hotel was filthy and unsafe. Knife holes in ceiling. Homeless sleeping lobby. Mold. Light hanging out of pool. Drug dealers outside.

cheap place to sleep and that’s it. No toiletries, stains on bedsheets, had to lay down our own bedding. Music and kids yelling playing till 3am (don’t mind kids playing personally, it made me feel safer as a woman, just a warning to anyone who books), “breakfast” was a bowl of granola bars and some coffee and juice, pool permanently closed and found out after booking. Nowhere on the site says it’s closed, and a pool was partially the reason we booked. Fine enough just to sleep in for cheapish and last minute.

The hotel is more like a rental property versus in a hotel. People literally live there and be outside at 2 o’clock in the morning cooking loud music, playing prostitution drugs. It’s unacceptable.

For a nonsmoking room. It reeked of cigarette smoke. There were cigarette burn marks all over the room. The smelm was so overwhelming it made us all feel sick after just 10mins. The front desk lady was nice enough.

This property is disgusting. The room we were given was beyond nasty. When we opened the door, we were immediately hit in the face with a foul odor. The floors were sticky. There was an inch gap at the bottom of the door, which would give bugs , mice, and snakes open access to the
room. The baseboards were covered with just nastiness and hair. We left as fast as we possibly could.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I should have paid more attention to the reviews and not the photos the property posted. Filthy room that SMELLED. Mold all over bathroom shower and curtain. My daughter was afraid to use it! Hair and unidentified stains everywhere. Peeling paint. Holes in walls. Dead bugs visible in lamp fixtures. Non-functioning lights or burned out bulbs. We drove home a day early so we wouldn’t have to deal with that again.

While I was waiting to check in. multiple people that had checked in right before me came back complaining their room was dirty and not made up. I receive my room to check in and once I stepped into the room there were multiple roaches all over the place. I left right away

Checked in and drove around to our room but did not go in. Decided to just go home. I should have went in to ask for a refund but did not want to go back into the lobby.

Room was supposed to be non smoking and it reeked of cigarettes. Smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. Toilet was loose and felt like it would turn over when you sat on it and water would not quit running in it. This place is in need of repairs.

They are bugs in the rooms and it’s nasty around here and a lot of drugs here and the manger knows it and he don’t care the maintenance man is also on drugs and they know it and they won’t fire him he has od on drugs there
