I spent a night here. Yes, the area is extremely loud but I got some earplugs from the reception and I slept like a baby.Paulina from the reception was really nice and spoke good English. She extensively answered all the questions I had and made sure I had everything I needed. Thanks Paulina!

Peter at Reception was friendly, helpful, informative and provided option for room with no window but less noise or front room with window but more noise from the bars outside. I prefer a room with a window so opted for the front room on the top (4th) floor and found the noise level agreeable and was able to sleep.There is no a/c, no hot water and no elevators.

The place has a really good location since it is in the middle of Lleras Park but the facility has too many flaws that make you want to leave as soon as you get there, for instance the bed had hairs from previous guest and the bathroom had 3 soaps that were not taken out by the staff apparently from previous guests. Not to mention that there is no hot water and the water flows out so you will have a pool inside the bathroom very quick. Will definitely not recommend this place!

The front desk and cleaning staff are excellent,friendly and helpful. I have stayed here naby times and am always satisfied. I plan to stay again on my next trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

Modern facilities. Water barely warm after waiting for at least 5 min in the shower. So far 2 days like this. No towels when I got my room, they delivered when asked. They offer free pick up from the airport when booking at least 3 nights but not free ride when I asked for the same but from the hotel to the airport. Does not make any difference for the driver but I guess this is a “catch” they try to get clients. Hotel located 20 m from Park Lleras Zona Rosa so everyday is loud music till 2 am and 4 am on weekends.

Only 1 thing - no elevator so I got a room on 4th floor. Very noisy because music from the neighborhood sounds till 3 am, but thats why I took this hotel so no problem for me. Room very big , bed King size - good quality. Windows directly over Park Lleres.

The property was old and dated, but the price was cheap and the location was directly in the heart of lleras park. The staff was pleasant as well.

Hot room with small window with no screen for ventalation. Wifi iffy. Shower not so clean, and water either hot or cold. Premium a misnomer for certain. Great location. Staff very helpful. Early check was much appreciated.

Service and staff are excellent. The location is perfect but expect it to be noisy because it is right on the park. This is not a knock on the hotel!. My only concern is the extremely poor wi-fi connectivity. It is bad. The internet would connect for three to five minutes and disconnect. That was my only issue. I shared my concern with the front desk prior to checking out. I hope they shared it with management. My friends and I are returning in September. I hope the issue will be resolved. Great location, great staff and service. Terrible wi-fi internet connection. I connected to Gusto nightclub wi-fi to watch netflix and check emails during the day. Otherwise my stay was pretty good!

Great location! Right in the centre of all the action, like bars, lounges and clubs. NO HOT WATER. It was annoying because of that. My room was small, but they have bigger ones, so try to request for the biggest room possible. Otherwise, it's worth the value. :-)

This hotel uses plastic covers for mattresses and pillows. Not comfortable.. Loud on weekend nights. Friendly staff, especially Peter. Love the area. TV could not be converted to English...Spanish only

In the heart of Clubbing area, so please expect to be very noisy till 3am. Poor wifi signal in my room, no aircon and only fan provided, after turn on the fan very noisy and it would cover the noise outside. No shampoo provided, only soap. In good location, at tourist safe zone , plenty of restaurant nearby and about 15min uphill/downhill walk to nearest metro station. Great staff - Peter.
