I reserved this location for my in-laws and they came back so excited about the service and how wonderful things were on their stay in Medellin. They loved the hotel and the breakfast was delicious.

My second time at this hotel perfect location right at the heart of night life, a pit noisy if you are a light sleeper, room was so clean staff were great they tray to do their best to help you especially the guy at night shift sorry I forgot his name, the other guy is David was so helpful as well he is a great guy at the front reception thank you guys for making everything smooth and easy. I’ll be at the same hotel once in Medellin again. One thing missing in the room a small fridge will be appreciated.

READ THIS: If you want to sleep, make sure your room is NOT facing the street. It’s surrounded by 3 clubs and bars which blast music outside, it’s impossible to sleep. Other than that good place if you are looking to party every night and not sleep.

The check in and check out process was super easy. We were greeted by Luis at the lobby and he was beyond kind and helpful. He provided us great lunch recommendations walking distance from the hotel. It was by far the best lunch we had in Medellin - thank you Luis!! The hotel is located in the middle of all the night life. Hence there is loud music playing at night. The hotel goes above and beyond to make this clear to all guest and even provide a white noise machine and ear plugs. We truly enjoyed our stay. The complementary breakfast, super kind and thoughtful staff, and the great view from the rooftop.

Love the room with Jacuzzi, clean, convenient and front desk is always attentive to your needs. Will stay again!

Convenient and great staff!

The Epic had the best staff. My friend lost her wallet inside the hotel and the cleaning lady found it by the elevator and returned it to the front desk. We thought it was lost on our way to getting something to eat. Thanks Luis and all the other staff members that helped returning all the credit card, bank card and cash. I would recommend this hotel.

Good A/C in room. It’s a good place if you’re going to party but if you want to sleep definitely not as music is really loud up to 4 AM other than that the hotel was great the breakfast was good the service was nice and the rooms were very small but good for the price

I checked into the Hotel with my Colombian Fiancé and we just dropped off our bags as we were going to lunch. As soon as we got into the cab she told me that the hotel clerk was rude to her in behavior and speech. Specifically, that he looked at her with contempt and wouldn't speak to her only to me. He treated her like she wasn't a person but an object. I felt very bad as no one want's to have their loved one feeling this way, especially as the hotel was $114.37 a night. Later that afternoon I returned with her cousin to show him the room and to see what he thinks I should do about the situation. Well the same clerk refused to let him see the room even though I said I just have to drop off my addition bags that I had. Her cousin was very offended and told me that this clerk implied that he was a prostitute. At this point he called me fiancé and told her that she shouldn't return here ever. So I checked out the next morning as I was the only one staying here and new got a new hotel. The hotel management refused to grant a refund even though the reason we left was because of the atmosphere they created. In addition the room was on the fifth floor and even with a noise machine on a full blast the noise from the nightclub below was very loud. So truthfully, if you are an American with a serious relationship with a Colombian THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL YOU COULD CHOSE! And if you are a light sleeper this place is terrible too.

Great location and very clean.

Hotel is in the party area, loud music all night so good for people who do mind it. But i would not recommend thjs hotel if you intend to have a guest come over, they charged me $50

The hotel is in a really good location in the heart of the nightlife. However, it is a very loud area till 4:00am, which I knew going in. What I did not know is that construction in that area starts at 8:00am--sharp. They provide you with ear plugs, but they are not that great. I would highly recommend that you bring your own ear plugs, a sleep aid and eye masks (the rooms can be completely dimmed but for extra darkness). Other than that this was a great place to stay! It is very safe. At night there is a big glass door that security opens and closes to let people in, so they know who is coming in and out. Overall, I felt very safe. The rooms are top notch. The staff is professional. Overall, a great experience.

I love this hotel, super nice compared to the ones in parque lleras, at least the Rooms block out the noise from the clubs as opposed to the rest of the hotels in the area. Staff super nice and attentive, room super clean!

The location was amazing but the hotel was very basic. Walking distance to everything. If you're a light sleeper, this isn't the hotel for you. It's in a very noisy area of town with night clubs and restaurants open till 3:30am. Shout out to Franco and Jesus, they were exceptional!!!

My stay here was a good overall. The location is excellent, near great restaurants and bars and within walking distance of the city metro. A strong warning though, if you are a light sleeper, this hotel may not be for you. Music from outside (as well as the rooftop bar) is very loud and can go on until early morning. Wasn't a problem for me but your milage may vary. I can recommend staying here.

Juan Jose and Jesus are GREAT

The room with jacuzzi is great. If you are going to party this is the place for you since the hotel is near a lot of bars. The noise from outside of the room you can hear it so be prepared for it. The staff is really friendly and will help you with anything.

Very very chic hotel located smack dab in the middle of all the action!!! My room was the Catorce that had the King bed with the jacuzzi in the room. Renovation is being done in the lobby but when I walked in to my room that had the king bed with the jacuzzi, MAN I WAS BLOWN AWAY!! Felt like a Rockstar!!! Perfect spot if your trying to have a safe and great time in Medellin! Juan Jose really went all out to make our stay exceptional!!!

Property was excellent!

I have stayed with the Epic many times and every time had an excellent experience. Stay is all very pleasant and accommodating always! The hotel is located in the heart of Parke Lleras so it can be noisy until 4 am but the location is excellent for restaurants and nightlife.

The hotel is centrally located, and is near bars and restaurants. Because of it's central location the noise level can be distracting,you can hear the clibs bars music at least until 3am, plus they have a rooftop. Franco and Jose really helped me especially finding transportation to and from the airport, communication is great. My suggestions is a great Colombian breakfast is needed, and open the rooftop for great happy hour. If you're young, hip, and like to go out this place is for you

Excelente servicio

No breakfast. No restaurant ! No sleep loud music up to 4am every night. The receptionist entered my room at 5am. I was awake and in shock. He said sorry sorry and left. Even when i had the do not disturb sign on the door ! Could be a mistake ? Or was he lookin for something ? Im not sure but this is serious thing ! Hotel refused to give compensation for this fatal accident. Said im paying very low price…. What ? Really??? What happened if i was asleep and drunk ? Hmmm. Danger ! Be careful ! Better be safe in other place and with a better management.

I loved this hotel, but if you're not in town for a party it may not be the best fit, as this is definitely located on a party street and is very noisy until 4 am. Otherwise, the staff was very accommodating, and I loved the room!

Epic Hotel is a very good hotel in the heart of the nightlife. They adjusted my non-refundable reservation, when my flight from La Paz was delayed 36 hours. Great customer service!

The staff at Epic was very friendly and very helpful. My flight was canceled and Jesus the graveyard front desk clerk. Was very helpful in accommodating the changes in my reservation. Carlos on day shift was very helpful and friendly he helped with recommendations on things to do. Juan the swing and late clerk was a cool guy he helped me out a lot also. Franco was also helpful and the bar staff on the terrace they were all beautiful and friendly. I am looking forward to seeing everyone again when I return to Medellin. Property is in good condition roon beautiful staff was amazing. But at night is impossible to sleep because music too loud on bars near the hotel.

Description title sums it up. It's a Boutique. My room was quaint, comfortable and it had exceptional stylish decor and service. All the ambient sounds and energy surrounds this hotel. It's exactly what I expected and needed. Oh and did I mention super pro level nice, protective and attentive staff. I definitely recommend. example: I forgot my favorite hat because it must have fell between something. I always double checked my room but before my feet touched my cab to the airport the staff came running handing it to me. Super shocking!
