Loved it. The only thing that I was not happy with is the bathroom with see-through doors and gaps. Everything else was great!

The hotel is in the perfect location in the middle of Cayala. There is so many shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance. The hotel itself was very updated and clean. Bed was so comfortable, best sleep I got in Guatemala. Breakfast buffet was delicious, egg were made to order and there was fresh fruit, cheeses, potatoes, fresh bread, yogurt, etc. Would definitely recommend including it in your stay fare.

Great hotel with plenty to do around. The infrastructure is a little off with the lobby being on the 6th floor and only one elevator going to the parking. The bathrooms don’t have doors so you can hear everything. The staff is incredibly nice, the ac is amazing and other getting annoyed at the logistics the stay was very good.

Second time on this hotel and is always clean

The hotel is located in a great area close to shopping and restaurants. The restrooms in the rooms do not really offer much privacy. The sliding doors are not long enough and there are large cracks in which you can easily see other guests doing their business in there. Parking was another issue, we were told there would be an attendant there to help us access the designated parking spaces for hotel, no where to be found. We had to park in visitors area a few times and had to pay for parking. Apparently hotel keys are not currently working with the garage sensors, very inconvenient. Other than that hotel was great and rooms were clean.

Very friendly front desk agents helpful I arrived at 10 AM and they were able to accommodate me for check-in Will definitely be back to this hotel, one of the best in the city

The fact that they offered parking and our card never worked to get in or out of the parking lot and having to wait for more than 15minutes for someone to come open for us was a big turn off

Sandy from the restaurant took care of me. She went above & beyond to talk to chef what foods chef recommend for me. I was diagnosed with celiac & gluten allergy so she really took care of talking to chef for recommendations. Thank you for everyone in the front desk. They are all so nice & they helped me sooo much.

The hotel is super simple for the high you pay and they keep charging me extra fees from what? I have no idea. I will never stay here again. Stuff was nice, not the hotel at all.

Beautiful hotel, right at Cayala city

Booked there for my team and myself on business trip. I'm so disapointed and upset about my stay here. I had to leave the hotel earlier than expected and front desk have not been able to get my laundry back before my departure despite I've warned them 6 hours in advance. I've asked to ship my laundry ASAP so I can catch up on my following step in Brazil, they agreed and then I never got any follow up and reply. Now I'm back in France, I've been able able to reach them and they only offer to make it available in front desk and don't reply anymore to my messages...OMG it's so poor service level, not what I expect from Marriott which I'm used to choose especially in case I need international standard back up. if you add the room was very noisy with no isolation from slamming door at 5.30AM, strong noise coming the fridge and another source i've not been able to locate, no room service after 11pm...and 200 euros of clothes lost. never Marriott again whatever the country.

Stayed one night, because I wanted to be close to the airport for my departure, after being in Antigua. I wanted to experience Cuidad Cayala and the location was ideal as it’s literally outside the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a variety of wonderful choices.

Clean area. Heavy security in all surrounding areas. Spacious rooms. Abundant areas to shopping and eat.

We arrive and there was no soap in the room, the telephone was not working; we asked for extra pillows and blankets and took two calls from our cel phone and 3 hours later finally where delivered. Not ideal!

Amazing

Site is ok. We have been at other Marriot and this does not reflect the quality or service. Restaurant is quite limited. Rooms are not nice. There were some issues with cleanliness and internet. The experience was not worth it. I don't think we'll come back.
