Room was clean. All I wanted was a warm shower and a bed. Unfortunately, I only got one of those. No Hot water in the evening or the morning. My friends’ room had hot water

Basic room. Quiet. Good value

The suite room is great, but reception staff lacks good public relations.

The location and price point are convenient. Staff all friendly and pleasant. Very basic place. Attached restaurant is convenient, but service was excruciatingly slow. We waited for over an hour for our meal (and seemed to be waiting longer than others who were seated after us). Basic breakfast, but toaster did not work at breakfast. No iron available. AC in room was weak. Beds generally uncomfortable (creaky frames, lumpy pillows, fitted sheet did not fit mattress).

First of all - the pool is disappointing. And also, the service is very slow in the restaurant. However, slow service seems to be de rigeur all over Namibia. That said the food in the restaurant was fantastic. The staff were amazing. Truly amazing. We had a lot of fun with them and they were almost like family at the end of the two weeks. The rooms are what you pay for, bt they are very quiet, clean and safe. I can't wait to stay there again.

The room was clean, we parked right in front of our room, and we felt safe.

The place was functional. Three of us shared a room but there was only one bath and one hand towel in the room. The photo the guesthouse uses shows a well lit room but we found ours very dingy and the curtains in the room didnt offer as much privacy as i would have liked ... they didnt properly fit the window.

My stay was amazing and the staff was very helpful and great. I will again for a stay.

The rooms outside areas are so close that when neighbors are smoking outside their rooms, the others have rooms get immediately affected

I stayed for a brief one night stop for a business trip. The guesthouse was ok, but not great. I was given an older room, down in the back corner, and could not get any wifi signal (the wifi did work in the restaurant, but was very vert slow). The room itself was ok. The only other think to mention is the pool. While the pictures and description show a pool, in fact it does not look like it has been operational for some time - it was a dark dirty green colour!

Awesome food

Well situated with very friendly staff. Close to restaurants and city but no need to go anywhere as it has a good restaurant and bar on site.

Safe & clean. Great for families - good family rooms and a playground at the restaurant.

Simple, with clean and comfortable beds, aircon, good shower pressure and temperature control, REALLY lovely staff, and free (if typically slow for the country) WiFi. I honestly think this deserves more than its current 3 star rating, as it is great value for money in Windhoek and I’d happily stay here again.
