The first room I was assigned, the TV was broken so I asked for a new room. It was given but it was dirty I had to clean it myself. There was hairs on the sink from the last person who stayed. The shower wasn’t even scrubbed. There were stains in the sheets.

Room was so big and spacious but front desk was kind of rude

Great location. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed for one night to attend a high school track meet and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was also great. We will stay here again.

Worn furnishings. Stayed 5 nights and they never changed the burned out light bulbs. Room service came twice in 5 nights.

Visiting family in AZ. Our stay at TownPlace was Great! Conveniently located with lots of shopping stores and restaurants all around.

We stayed 6 nights as a home base to check out the Phoenix area. This hotel provides a great location to do just that. The room was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The breakfasts were excellent with different hot choices available through the week. Only slight complaint is that a couple of mornings the coffee was very weak but it was usually on point, hot and fresh.

When we first arrived, they only had one luggage cart that hard a bad tire. They 2nd one had a note that it was out of order. Our shampoo bottle was empty, the refrigerator was leaking on the top shelf. I cleaned it before putting my stuff in there, but I didn't know it continued to leak until we checked out. Maid service is done every other day. Our room was refreshed once, and when I asked about the 2nd time, Brandon at the front desk could not tell me why our room was skipped. He offered to bring up a new set of towels, which I agreed to. A set (to me) is at least 2 shower, 2 hand and 2 wash towels. Brandon brought 1 of each. He said he could bring more, but at the point I said forget it. But I told him that I was not happy with the customer service. Told him I would talk to manager in the morning. When I booked my room, I booked it for one KING bed, when we arrived, they told me they only had a room with 2 queens. So, we took it. On the last night, I was hot, so I decided to go on the other bed. At some point, I pulled the covers and got underneath them. To my horrific surprise, in the morning I saw that the fitted sheet had a stain on them (looked like blood that left stain). UGH!! At checkout I asked for manager (Jeremiah). This was like at 10 am. I was told he was not in yet. I told the 2 girls (they looked like teenagers, and I couldn't even hear her talk) to have him call me. WELL, HE NEVER CALLED ME!! I have not more room to continue. But it was all bad.

super safe, nice location, lots of conveniences to shopping, food and access to major routes. Property was very clean. We stayed there as they allowed pets, but some guests were not picking up after their dogs & it makes pet owners look bad. I also loved they had an area just for pets to do their business & they provided “poop bags” and garbage bins in various locations.

Our 2 queen bed suite was very dirty!!! Needs cleaning and rundown furniture!!

Loved the mini kitchen in the room! Also the mattresses are super comfy!

Everything was good, except for very limited cleaning services and they did not provide water bottle daily.

We cut our four night stay short to one night. There was no restaurant or bar or lounge. It looked like it was under construction and a little dingy. We stayed elsewhere.

Decent hot Free breakfast buffet with no meat on Sunday, swiss cheese & egg english muffin, and sugar belgian waffles, Sausage patties on Monday, bacon on Tuesday, ham egg and cheese breakfast croissant on Monday and jalepeno egg soufflé on Tuesday. egg, tomato, feta, and kale frittata and sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit on Wednesday. egg, tomato, feta, and kale frittata, ham egg and cheese breakfast croissant and bacon on Friday, Saturday sausage egg and cheese english muffin, and sugar belgian waffles, scrambled eggs (not on Wednesday or Friday) and boiled eggs, nice toppings for oatmel, or yogurt, just a cereal, typical continental breakfast beyond that

Everything was good. Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. Room w kitchen was on point. Helpful staff, I brought my fire stick to watch videos on the tv when I couldn’t get it to work (volume) the concierge helped out. Food could have been a bit better (waffles and eggs could be better.

The room had too much furniture so it felt cramped but bathroom was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The maids are conscientious. Breakfast buffet is typical. The pool is small. The location is excellent.

I honestly was worried, because there were some reviews that made property sound questionable. I called ahead and spoke to front desk to request they pre check room for cleanliness and gentlemen said no problem, and when i arrived room was ready and it was clean. Check in was quick and easy. My stay was pleasant and any questions I had or request were met promptly. Little noisy on first floor room one night. But overall good place to stay and I would definitely go back, not sure why older reviews said what they said. Or management must have corrected it fast too.

Very clean and safe place. The only thing that needs work is breakfast. The breakfast needs better options.

The front desk staff at night was terrible . I checked out and was waiting outside and he came out and accused me of being in the room after check out which isnt possible. Then he said I better leave fast cause the police were comming . Insaid thats fine sir i did nothing wrong so please.have them come .

Property was well maintained. One of the Tesla cables had wires showing which is a concern especially when. It’s 110 degrees outside. My rooms shower was clogging but when I moved the grate that was covering the drain there was massive amounts of hair. Let’s me know the cleaning crew isn’t doing deeper cleaning. Also the bathroom sink seems to be clogged as well, was draining very slowly and holding water. Other than that property a good stay and pet friendly.

Everything was great

The King size bed was great, having a kitchen when on vacation was amazing allowing us to not eat out so much. Shopping and Dining was close. Breakfast was good with Ham/Egg Croissants. The shower was unique and impressive.

Property was mediocre. Expected better for the price. Room much smaller than appears in photos. Less updated in real life than appears in the photos. A little run down. Couch was dirty. Sink was lose. Caulk was stained. No shower door. Otherwise it wasn’t horrible. Just had hoped for higher quality given the price. We prefer the Element right around the corner.

Only thing was the bar wasn't open any of the 8 days we were there. An added hot tub would be nice! Everything else was excellent! Thanks for having my family!

Room to small when I used the sofa bed. But other than it was a pleasant stay
