Unfortunately, the evening front desk receptionist was extremely rude and argumentative. Our TV did not work which was frustrating as we wanted to relax and watch TV in bed. For a hotel of this caliber and cost, the TV should be in working order. When I asked to discuss with the manager in the morning, the receptionist argued with me stating “we are booked at full capacity and busy,” “you want to talk to a manager over a TV,” and “I have your profile pulled up you paid $236, not $300.” Her tone was rude and unprofessional. At $236 a night, I should have a working TV. Disrespectful staff will ruin the experience and outweighs a nice location or room. Eventually, a repair person came up and was not polite either. There was apparently a cord missing which caused the issue. I declined him going back down to get a cord because at this point, it was not worth any more trouble.

The property was nice. Clean room with everything we needed. Food was good at the restaurant with fast service. The negative is that we had to wait over an hour to get checked in. There was only one person working the desk. Carol was spectacular when we finally got to the check in desk. She had a big smile on her face even though she was the only one working. Management definitely screwed up on this weekend with a Morgan Wallen concert at the stadium down the street. We missed our dinner reservation with friends due to waiting so long to check in. No luggage cart to be found so we hauled all our luggage ourselves and stood in line in a very warm elevator lobby. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The sheets on the bed had not been changed. There was hair on the bed so I requested to change sheets. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. My concern is if they didn't change the sheets what else was overlooked?

Loved the room! After enjoying the sites all day we could relax on the couch and watch the football game. Great location with a great view of the city.

The stay was good. I do like the HAVAC thermostat having a motion sensor. I would get hot in the room at night when there was no motion. Roof top bar was great, highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised to have experienced such a decent hotel at such an economical rate. The location didn’t disappoint as it is downtown and near to every imaginable hot spot you’d want to visit. The rooftop deck is a nice bonus with fantastic views of the city and a nice vibe. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel especially the lobby and hallways, they were kept clean the entire stay. Overall, we had a very good stay.

Great location, near every with walking distance, because its downtown you have to pay for parking at the hotel 29 per nite.
Top roof bar floor 22, good vibe ,great service's and nice view of the city. Breakfast 630am, very good. Hotel staff very professional and kind

We had a great stay and will definitely go back. Rooms were clean, comfortable; staff were very nice and helpful. Parking was in garage and validated. Beautiful view out the window both day and night. Had breakfast in the morning with a wide variety of items. Didn't walk much outside the hotel but seemed to have food and shopping close by. Overall great stay!

Excellent room! Clean, spacious, loved the bathroom and kitchen!
Only one thing with the room, we were located on the floor right below the rooftop bar (not sure if this is the reason) and the next morning it started smelling like weed in our room. Thankfully we were checking out and it didn't ruin our stay but we would have probably asked for a different room if we stayed another night.
Things we did appreciate were the fast elevators, really good breakfast, amazing parking (however height of vehicle has to be under 6'10) and the awesome location to the belk theater. We would stay again!

I had no issues at all ! It was clean , comfortable, the staff was helpful and parking was very easy! The distance was walkable to the convention center by 5 mins and the staples steam is literally across the street.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay , This property has amazing views of downtown Charlotte which really comes alive at night. Amenities were great they have an amazing gym with updated equipment and the breakfast was pretty good.
