This hotel is perfect for a short stay and if you're on a budget. The location is very convenient; there's a supermarket around the corner and the Metro station is only a block away from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

This is the worst hotel I have ever been. When I arrived the lady in the reception ignored me several minutes because she was talking with some friends after that I got a room I the third floor and when I checked the toilet it was full of feces. How can this happen!! I went directly to the reception and the lady there didn’t care and didn’t apologize. I said I wanted another room and she gave me another room in the same floor. I she was very arrogant. I suggested that they should apologize and be polite. She just said ” I don’t clean I just work in the reception, if you want to complain talk to the manager tomorrow “ I said that she should be more polite with the guests. She wasn’t at all. I felt that the people in the reception were really non polite and did not show respect. I’m a medical doctor from Sweden. I wouldn’t expect less from any person. Very disappointing hotel.

Small room without any place to put the luggage. The hotel only provide 2 towels, not even one to dry your hands.The floor was so dirty, we stayed 5 nights and nobody cleaned the floor not even once. The hall had such a bad smell.The shower was broke, so the water direction was going to the wall and was very difficult to wash the hair.I understand the concept of Ibis budget, but everything was so poor.I tried to rent a hair dryer, but they didn’t have any available. Another thing that I did not like was the neighbourhood, I felt a bit insecure and the place seemed scatchy.

we went there for 2 days. we were waited for more than 2 hour for the reception in order to check us in. The air conditioner was not working as well as computer area. Also the TV had no remote control. In the second night we were forced to change our room because the electricity went blackout. Due to the price and its location, 100% I would reject this place

Clean boutique hotel. 24 hrs concierge. Excellent shower. Aircon was almost non-functional. Not much activity in the neighborhood. NOT very Parisian.

Everything is clean and good! But, the location is a little bit far away from the tourist area. But still, I would recommend this hotel!

The location was nearby a metro station. The room was clean but small. We could park our car for the wholy stay, including the whole day on the check out date. There was no airco, so it was very hot. The cleaning ladies are very loud and the bed was OK.

Close to lots of food places, rent a car services and the metro. So easy to get to central Paris... costs only €2 by bus or metro.

The hotel is brand new and really good. Rooms are clean, but are a bit small and lack basic amenities like a hairdryer. Location is very good, a 20 minute metro ride from the center.

Nice hotel, close the metro. I was told by someone before I left it was a industrial area, bad area. The opposite was true. Lots of places to eat, parks, families all around. I just had a problem checking in. They couldn't find my reservation for a little bit. I had to look it up on my phone for confirmation. The morning breakfast was a little sparse for the price

To clarify Budget = -no fancy little shampo/conditioner bottles or shower cap etc (Just one multipurpose liquid attached in the shower)-no hairdryer - BUT you can ask the front desk and leave a 20 euro deposit to rent one for your trip- no floor towel - shower door does brush the toilet when you open or close itHonestly these things were just minor things to expect from a budget hotel, but when we stayed it’s still very new and clean. Plus most of the time you aren’t even in the room!The only issue we had was the night before our flight home we came back to pack only to find the entire hotel has no power! Bit if a pain, but it happens.

Fairly run of the mill budget hotel. Everything was fine until the last day I was there. Elevators stopped working. Also they locked us out of our room because they forgot to charge us the city tax for that night at the beginning of our stay!

The hotel seems to be quite new hence the condition was very good. The room i booked for 2 persons is a bit small but it is very clean. Nice, comfortable bed. No iron or hair dryer in the room but can be borrowed from the reception after paying a deposit of EUR20 each (this amount will be refunded after returning). I bought a bottle of wine at the nearby supermarket but didn't have a bottle opener. I went to the reception with my bottle and borrowed the wine bottle opener and was able to open my bottle. AC didn't work in the 1st room i got but they immediately changed my room after i highlighted about this problem. Very happy with the service. There is a microwave oven at the lobby area. (free to use) There is a vending machine too. There is no phone in the room hence need to go downstairs if need to request anything from the reception staff. As for amenities: It would be good to change to better, more absorbent bath towels. No bathmat provided hence i had to ask for extra towel to put on the bathroom floor. No safe in the room but i didn't have valuables with me anyway. No toothbrush provided but i always travel with my own. No mini fridge in the room. No toothbrushes provided but there is soap and shower gel. Neighbourhood: Casino supermarket is very near and there are bakeries within walking distance. (easily found them thanks to google maps!) The metro station Mairie de Clichy is also very near. Will stay again the next time i go to Paris.

Though French speaking, staff (Fatima and Aisha) tried successfully to give me information about Paris in English. They were polite and willing to help.

I had the WORST night! The location of the hotel is not bad and the hotel is new and clean. My room is small but I was travelling on my own and had two small bags only. I was given Room 102 when I arrived. When I opened the door, I immediately saw luggage in the room. How the housekeeping staff completely missed the big suitcase completely baffled me. DID THEY EVEN CLEAN THE ROOM? Then I was given Room 101. At midnight, some idiotic guest kept knocking on my door. Seriously, even if he was given the wrong key/room number, he should've just gone back down to the reception and confronted the night manager instead of yelling at me in FRENCH through the door. I do not speak French and of course I did not open the door but imagine how scared I was. He wouldn't leave for 15 minutes or so. I thought, "What if he was the guy who came back for his luggage and thought I had stolen it? What if he was a criminal?" Room 101 is also located right next to the staircase and the staff members started coming in and out, slamming the doors and talking loudly to each other EARLY IN THE MORNING! They probably thought no one was in Room 101. Before all these things happened, I thought about extending my stay. NO WAY! I checked out the next day. A complete waste of time and money. There are plenty of 3-star hotels that are cheaper and in better location than the ibis budget. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
