I came from Oklahoma and seen all the amazing reviews on TikTok and I was not let down! This hotel is beautiful!!

I loved the property so much, the staff were very helpful and kind. This is a very convenient location if your not sure where to dine in, there are so many restaurants around.Also a lot of excursions around the area so you don’t have to go very far to find fun.

Everything..great area and the customer services was the best I've seen. Honestly 10 out of 10

It’s a cool hotel the staff is actually amazing all the girls were dope lol n sweet but they don’t hv like small things vending machines was hard to eat after 1:30am and room wasn’t what it was supposed to be but pool and bar area n staff was on point

This 8-nights stay was filled with inconveniences and no intention of rectification. First day the shower was leaking covering the entire bathroom ceiling and flooding the entire bathroom. On day two I realized the door to the balcony had the lock broken in a shared balcony with other side-by-side rooms. Of course, the issues were addressed but it was a major inconvenience having to leave people in the room while you are out in two separate occasions. Mistaken room service requests, unhelpful and rude front-desk staff, unresponsive text-messaging system. Major props to the valet folks, they did go the extra-mile. Whether family or business avoid if you can--not worth the cost--pay a few bucks more and stay at the Vanderbilt or La Concha. This one and the Boutique version of this hotel are unmaintained hotels that are not worth the inconvenience. There is no luxury here, just a few fixtures that create that perception.

The hotel room was beautiful, I did not want to leave. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. We did not try the hotel restaurant because there were many restaurant choices within walking distance. The property is not a large hotel with one small pool and a jacuzzi, but worth the stay. I'd book again.

Where to start? My husband and I planned a week-long trip to San Jaun, where we have vacationed before and this hotel was so small, just plan odd, our room had no windows, the pool is more like a fountain, the TV came on 3 times in the middle of the night until we unplugged it. The hotel had an odd and erry vibe. We moved hotels after 1 night. Would love a partial refund. Pictures do not portray this property accurately.

That it was surrounded by a lot of restaurant's & close to the beach. It has a great view of the lagoon & it’s peaceful. The room of the hotel was amazing with different options of things to drink. Will be booking with them again.

NOT RECOMMENDED! Just booked a room here 2 weeks ago and it was NOT at all what the pictures showed. It had dirty floors, with parts of the tiles broken off, the restroom doors couldn’t close because they were broken. The A/C hardly worked and the humidity would make the floors sweat bad. Everything was dirty. They didn’t even finish painting the walls. Walls half ass painted! ALSO THERE ARE ROACHES IN THE ROOMS! I have videos and pictures of all this. As for the staff.. great service. The ONLY thing good about this hotel is the staff. Rooms are trash.

Terrific staffing. Really nice quiet location on the Condado lagoon. Hotel styling is 1980s Italiano with gold hardware and marble everywhere. The Puerto Rican economy is struggling and San Juan in particular, but I would definitely return to this hotel.

I lived my stay here. The hospitality is out of this world the rooms are very cold so prepare for that. !

A stunning oceanfront property, charging five hundred dollars per night for a room, with a mandatory minimum stay of three days, might seem reasonable at first glance. However, the lack of a window in the room, creating an atmosphere akin to being in a basement, was a major disappointment. After enduring just one night, I decided to leave. It's incredibly frustrating that nowhere on their website is it mentioned that the room lacks a window; it's listed as "garden side." This feels like nothing short of robbery.
