Overall the experience was good, except the condition of the furniture and the dishes weren’t clean. We’re required to wash and dry the dishes that we use during our stay there but the dishes already provided to us wasnt clean so we had to wash them before even using.

Very close to everything, great for family's close to beach, food and activities.

we had a great time in the gold coast and part of this was the excellent accommodation we stayed in.

Beautiful property, it was close to everything, and the view from the property was breath taking.

Great views, good size apartment and balcony. Pool area was a real highlight. The apartment needs a thorough deep clean, the standard was unacceptable. Many cockroaches throughout.

This apartment was filthy, when I asked about the cleaning at the office and I was told that the cleaning had met the required standards. There we dirt on the fridge, the oven was so dirty it was unsafe to use, to the point when the guy came to clean it he gave up and said he was sorry that he couldn’t clean it. The cupboard under the sink was filthy and had a foul smell. The curtains were stained, the pillows were yellow, there was a bad smell throughout the apartment, they sent a guy to do some extra cleaning but he didn’t know what to do. The girl in the office asked for photos so they knew what to do, because they thought it was clean enough… I wish I could add photos

good location but the property was not in the best condition. there was a lot of damage to the walls and no housekeeping. however very nice view from the apartment.

We would highly recommond this property (3137) to anyone. The 2bed apartment was clean, comfortable and a great place to relax. The hotel facilities were amazing and the convenience and location was great. We had great communication before and during our stay with Holiday Holiday and we will definitely return in the future

Good location. Nice pool area. Big apartment. Apartment was very different to the photos. Very outdated. No info at check in inregard to what the resort offers. Lift says pool is on level 2 however it is on level 5. We only found this out by going on the website. More signs are definately needed. If you hand your keys in and try to get your car out you cant use the lifts. Lifts are very slow and old. Moving your car and checking in and out are not quite as seemless as other places. Would prefer to stay elsewhere next time.

Lovely location and property

The property itself is fine and in a central location. The whole check-in and check out process is not easy if you're driving and parking. There's no obvious and easy reception location as the whole complex is managed by different businesses. I guess Holiday Holiday do they best with what they've got.

Parking instructions were terrible,it took me 1 hour to find the parking with 2 kids. Hotel was average. Swimming pool does not have filter cleaning,not clean water. Not even half an hour got for late checkout.have to check out at 10am. Honest feedback for the hotel improvement .

We booked this apartment for 3 nights. We arrived at 7:30pm out of check in hours. I brought groceries to cook dinner. Every single plate, pot, pan and piece of cutlery was soiled with dried food or had a greasy film over it. I had to go down to coles and buy washing up liquid, scouter and spray detergent and clean everything before I could cook. Also found rubbish under a bed, hair and scum in the bathroom, hair and dirt in the master bed. The apartment was also run down and old. Advised reception in check out, they weren’t interested, just told us they would inform housekeeping. I emailed them the next day as I wasn’t happy with the response. Asked them to refund the cleaning fee as it wasn’t clean and I had to do it myself which is unacceptable. They flat out refused. This company do not provide adequate cleaning services as advertised, so they’ve taken my money for nothing. I have used other agents to rent out in this building who have been fantastic to deal with. STAY CLEAR OF HOLIDAY HOLIDAY!

The only thing I did not like was the complicated checkin. I did not realise that the check in was via an office in the shopping centre and they close at 5pm. The staff were great with communication and all but it made it a bit stressful as I just assume the Chevron Renaissance was just a big hotel and not one of several towers with checkin in based in an office in the shopping centre. Apart from that it was all amazing but if I'd been alone without people to help me negotiate that experience of finding the office, finding the right tower etc it could have been disastrous for me.

Amazing view, it is very hard to find and need better and clearer instructions. There is 3 towers apart of Chevron. So can be confusing. My start rating was that there was a pile of sand in lounge room, under couches were dirty (had to move for sofa bed) broken leg of sofa bed. Other than that, very convenient to shops, restaurants, walking distance to beach. Looking forward to coming back again.

Nicer furniture

Excellent location, close to everything, well setup with great amenities. Only quibble is check in is a bit of a hassle if you’re outside of the very limited window.

The property was great and we loved the beachie feel to it. All the facilities were great and very comfortable after a big day of "parking"

We loved our stay! Cannot wait to come back. Such a convenient location. And parking was terrific as you had your own designated spot!!
