The room was fine. It is about 10 minutes walk to the city or you can take the train and it stop right at the center. The eggs were cold at the breakfast buffet. You can hear the train pass by.

The food was great, I had dinner & breakfast included. I liked the large size of rooms. It was strange though that I had to ask the receptionist to turn on our AC, it was locked from our control in our room and there wasn’t a sign to explain that we had to request AC. Other than that everything went smoothly.

The staff were very polite and helpful, especially Leon and Kresimir. We were upgraded to a large room, which was clean and had everything we needed except an Iron and the bathroom was still quite small. The booking included breakfast and dinner, which really let the hotel down. The food was not worth the money we paid. Breakfast was a very basic European breakfast (croissants/ham/pastries/pancakes), limited fruit and it wasn’t clear what you could order, for example, there was no scrambled eggs or omelettes on display, however if you asked for it, it could be made for you. Dinner was the same meal every night, however they allowed us to change it as a favour, but it lacked flavour and portions were tiny so we ate out for a few nights. Private use of the spa was good, the room had 2 lounge chairs, a shower, sauna and steam room, with plenty of towels & slippers.

Excellent service. They had our room ready before check in time, the front desk clerk sent us an email letting us know when the room was ready.

We had a wonderful stay. There were some noise issues with AC and some street noise but not constant overall lovely stay would come back for sure.

Le Premier is an excellent hotel providing us with room upgrade to a suite, breakfast & dinner were well prepared and tasty. Complimentary use of sauna which helped my wife with her sore back from long plane ride. Great location and staff gave useful advice. The room was a bit warm from central temp. control. A high class hotel.

I extended my stay for one more day. This day I had Matko great me in the breakfast area. His smile was so welcoming. He even offered to help me fix my coffee as I was balancing my plate and phone and trying to grab and go to catch a tour. Very kind.

I came to Zagreb with zero expectations. I picked Le Premier Boutique Hotel because of it being centrally located and based on the gorgeous pictures. The hotel is very beautiful and everyone on my tours commented how nice it was inside when picking me up and dropping me off. However, to me the best part of my stay was the hotel reception. Leon, Augustin, Hrvoje, and Mateo were so helpful. They told me of cool spots above and beyond what is normal site seeing like Chat Caffe and helping me with laundry. All four of them always had smiling faces and it was really welcoming. I felt like I could ask them a question and I wasn’t bothering them and they provided authentic personalized ideas based on my personality. I will be back for sure!

The location of the property was good and the service from the staff was excellent. The bar was good for a drink. The room was a decent size, the only disappointment was the bed which was clearly two singles joined together and it sagged.

A new hotel with unusually friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping leaves something to be desired. Excellent restaurant. Walking distance from the center.

What a beautiful hotel. The room had the amenities and then some. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to communicate with me effectively in English.

Fabulous hotel with great service. Rooms are very nice and breakfast decent. Only down side is the rooms were too hot and couldn't be properly turned down. Even when heating was turned off, as the other rooms' heating was on, the room was still too warm

Perfect stay

Bathroom is 2 sq mtr. I was told to change a room, once i came to see the room, it was not available. We overpay a lot for a room.

Do not book this place if the booking says it includes a complimentary spa treatment. The spa treatment is access to the sauna and gym. Before our stay I asked what the spa treatment would include, they sent me a list of massages. We booked these in, including a pregnancy massage for myself. When we get there I’m told they don’t do pregnancy massages and I had been hanging out for weeks!! We then had to pay for my partner’s massage as they said it wasn’t included. The hotel staff have been very unhelpful in rectifying the situation. They breakfast choices were also not as good as I was expecting. Not worth the 5 stars in my opinion!

We had a great stay - the staff were friendly and very helpful, the spa is lovely and the bar is great. Very good cocktails and cakes, and the beds were really comfortable. It’s a 15 minute walk to the historic areas and near a nice park. Really good value for a bit of luxury.

An excellent hotel in a very convenient location! The staff was helpful and friendly, our room was extremely spacious and the location was ideal for a day of sight-seeing. They also had ridiculously good air conditioning and a great breakfast.

Everything was perfect. Staff in particular where all exceptionally helpful and kind. Food & drinks were also excellent.

Overall this was a nice hotel, but I definitely would not qualify it as 5-star as it is a little run-down and dated. The staff overall were nice and accomodating.
