The hotel is brand new and the rooms are suites - equipped with a kitchen and seating area separated from the bed by a curtain. We did not need this feature as we were there just to sleep that night, but I thought it was a nice amenity if a traveler was planning to stay a few days in the area.

Tile floor was brown and greasy and the tv was blue amd the channels didnt work.

Went to sleep early and left early. All seemed nice. No hand soap for bathroom or kitchen.

The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Room smelled like a dog had stayed there. Definitely needed a room deoderizer and a throrough cleaning. Room was in need of a makeover. Wallpaper peeling off the wall in the bathroom. Bathroom had a walk-in shower without a lip to catch the water. Even after thoroughly drying off and using a bath mat, there was water on the floor. The floor tiles were slick and presented a defitite slip and fall risk. There was no makeup mirror & no body lotion. Inexplicably, the king bed had a dust ruffle in place of a blanket! Very odd! The one window in the bedroom appeared to have a nonfunctioning electric window shade that exposed the bottom third of the window. There was an electric wall switch labeled window shade, but it didn't do anything. We were unable to close the window shade and there were no curtains, so I was kept awake by the bright light shining into the bedroom all night. There were 3 pillows on the bed. Why not 4? The road noise was loud. The tv had NO premium channels - no HBO, Showtime, Netflix etc. Nothing worth watching on tv. Breakfast was good and staff did a good job. I just expected a more comfortable stay.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. However, the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom was so noisy. We could not sleep. It sounded like we had a landing helicopter in our room and I believe the blower motor was shot. Our three young children were sleeping in the adjacent living room on the fold out bed and their AC unit was quiet like they should be. They had already fallen asleep when the unit failed and we did not want to wake them up due to the long road trip back Home. The next morning I took a video of the noisy unit showed it to the clerk downstairs and complained. We spent the entire night without an AC unit sweating and uncomfortable That was a week ago and I have heard nothing. It’s pretty sad that they can’t do anything for you While we got zero sleep and still had a 12 1/2 hour drive back home to Delaware the next day with three small children ages 2, 3 and 4. I will never be staying at this hotel again and we have stayed numerous times on our yearly trip to Florida .

We had an excellent stay. We were very happy with the appearance of the property and cleanliness of everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfront was better than most hotels offer. We were even given a late check out which was great! We highly recommend this place and will stay at this chain again!!!!

Room had some maintenance needs which were reported to the front desk but no corrections were made during our stay.

When I first arrived to my room I noticed a dirty towel on the floor. Had to go grab another bag out of the car so on my way back out I stopped at the desk and asked the gentleman at the desk how well they clean the rooms or how much attention to detail. I explained to him about the dirty towels on the floor and he did apologize and offer to change my room but I had worked all day, driven in pouring rain and was too tired to change rooms. He could have atelast offered to have someone come get the dirty towels but he did not. He was apparently ok with the dirty towels staying where they were. The next morning in the shower the prior person's hair was all over the shower and shower floor. Not good. Not happy with the stay or the lack of concern from the staff member. Will not stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. My kids (6 and 3) enjoyed the pool area. The complimentary breakfast offered several options and made it much easier getting the kids ready for the day. Front desk helped me get my room keys reactivated, only took a moment. We will be staying here again in the future!

The check in process was easy and quick. However that is about the only thing that was good. One of my pillowcases was dirty and never replaced. Large group of men partying in the parking lot drinking and it made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Breakfast was not good at all as the eggs were like rubber, grits runny, not fresh and coffee was cold even early in the morning 8:00 am.

The room we stayed in had a sliding bathroom door in which got stuck. It took an hour for someone to come bc of being short staffed. We would not stay here again.

Friendly staff, nice property, great room set up. My in-laws stayed at the next hotel over and paid more, and their rooms were much smaller and not nearly as nice.

I’ll start by saying I checked in really late but the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. I drove an extra 20 minutes to stay at this location because it had good reviews and I almost always choose home2suits when I travel because the accommodations are reliably clean, modern and overall well taken care of. Unfortunately, this stay was my first negative experience. The room was generally clean but smelled old and musty. The kitchen counters looked like they had been damaged by water and were eroded at the bases near the floor. Hall carpets looked dingy and smelled musty also. TV was an older model and not working right, poor picture quality and color was off and everything looked purple/green on the screen and it did not have the same updated TV cable/internet features as other Home2 suites I have stayed at in the last few years. In general this location just needs to freshened up a bit, maybe deep clean the carpets more often and come up to speed with the same tv/technology that seems to be standard for this brand.

We booked for a family that needed a crib which was advertised. We even called ahead to confirm there was availability. The day we showed up, we were told there was no such crib/pack-and-play and hasn't been one for a very long time. We had to go purchase one that day for the room.
The room itself had yellow spots splattered throughout, the floor was gross, the door frames were coming a part and the bathroom door had no knob or way to lock.
The room features a sign that says we would have our rooms cleaned and new towels every other day. We stayed three days and apparently the sign meant every OTHER other day.

Everything was great minus the whole carpet in the room felt disgusting, it felt sticky. So I just wore my sandals walking around. But everything else was clean and great.

Didnt have our Expedia reservation. Tried to put us in smaller room. When she did put us in a room like we reserved we were charged almost 50 dollars more

First room 319 had no water pressure,
Room change 419 had same issue we were not able to shower. 2 beds had bed skirts used as sheets.
Parking lot is not secure, someone attempted to brake into our overhead storage rack.

This hotel is very nice! And the staff was very friendly and helpful! The one thing we didnt like is we got this hotel because of the pool for something else to do with our kids and it was closed our entire 4 day stay.

Was not even greeted, no one said hello. Carpet was definitely not cleaned before our stay. The mirror was dirty and the one pillow had a red brown stain on it. My kids also couldn’t sleep on the pull our mattress because i pulled The sheet up and the mattress itself was disgusting
