Had a great stay. The room was clean and the service was top-notch.

My family and I had an amazing stay. Bethany at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. The breakfast was good each morning. The room was clean and neat. There was an indoor pool that was nice and clean. The only negative I can say at all is being your own pillows with you. The pillows were not comfortable at all. I would definitely bring mine and stay here again!

First room had an overpowering smell. Had to leave immediately after entering. Receptionist was wonderful and very helpful. Gave me a new room. On third floor. Elevator worked up on arrival. She even walked me over to elevator to make sure it was working. When it reached 3rd floor made several small jerks as it stopped. Manager explained it was a timing issue. When I went to leave the next morning the elevator was not working. Had to go down stairs to leave. I called the front desk and ask someone to carry my items down. I have some medical issues that I could not carry items down flights of stars. The receptionist came up to my room and carried my items down for me. She was very apologetic. Very nice young lady. All staff were friendly and helpful. I think the hotel is in process of remodeling, hence the few problems I encountered. Breakfast has a hot breakfast bar. Great choices and eating very clean. I would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We asked for a 1st floor room, and they had arranged it ahead for us. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Shower was great! We appreciated the quiet; no outside noise from our room. Hot breakfast was delicious! We will stay here again. Thank you!

Elevator broken, knocked a roach off my friends shoulder at breakfast, killed another in my room.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Savannah. The room was generally clean and spacious, though there was a slight issue with a damp smell. The staff were friendly and supportive, making the overall experience pleasant. The location is convenient, especially for those traveling, as it's close to the main highway. While I didn’t use the amenities, the room itself was comfortable with no noise disruptions. I would consider staying here again.

Spent the night while traveling down to Florida. Arrived with only five percent on my electric vehicle and was glad to see empty, working EV stations. The charging took all night, but that was okay because it was complimentary, and I was spending the night anyway. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast options we're great. The walls were pretty thin, so bring your earplugs, if that bothers you. Would be happy to stay again on a future road trip.

The rooms are large and roomy, the breakfast was excellent. It is about 15 miles from Savannah, but parking was good and surrounded with fast food

I booked a regular Kingsize room. Upon checking in I was assigned a handicapped room. I went back to the front desk to change the I was because I booked through a third party I could not change my room. I booked through hotels.com I contacted them to confirm the room I booked. I was told I booked a regular king room. Needless to say I was not happy.

Good location for us. Had dinner in Savannah and the drove out here to sleep. First floor King worked just fine for us. The elevator was out so I’m glad got to stay on the first floor. Quiet, comfortable.

The elevator was out of order and my husband who is elderly and has lung problems had to walk up two flights of stairs with a suitcase I also hate to walk with my suitcase. They couldn’t move us to the first floor saying they had no availability. I thought this was unacceptable they did say we would could cancel our reservation but we were afraid after driving 6.5 hours we wouldn’t find another hotel with availability

The air/heat in the room was broken. Either it blew hot or cold but wouldn’t turn off. Front desk wouldn’t change our rooms. Said maintains could look at it in the morning. During breakfast the attendant was very rude to my 13ye old daughter
