Location was great but I’m was not impressed with the room as I expected better quality for the price

In Principle, the stay was very comfortable, the breakfast took care of everything, the room was nice, clean and cozy. The only unpleasant thing was, that at the time of check-out I was confronted with a food bill that was not mine and it took quite some time till the matter was sorted out after it was escalated to the management. This was at a time when I was expecting a quick check-out to go to the airport. Maybe, this was an exceptional case, but this should not happen.

A fabulous hotel, with everything you need and very attentive service. I required some medical assistance during my stay but the staff sorted everything out extremely quickly and were very kind and attentive. The service went above and beyond my expectations and I can’t recommend the hotel enough. It’s also nice to be able to walk to a metro station from the hotel and enjoy the nice surroundings, as the area is very pleasant.

We had issues check in onwards. We got someone with an attitude to check us in. There was a discrepancy with the number of people in the room and the lady at the reception, instead of explaining properly, had an attitude. Later on the manager called and apologized. We ordered pizza to the room and it took over an hour. We were told that the first pizza got burnt and hence the delay. The bathrooms had black mold and didn’t feel clean. The comforter had stains on it and we got it changed twice. The staff has not been trained well and therefore they are clueless. It takes a long while to make them understand what you need. Low communication and social skills ! We booked the largest suite available since we were 3 adults. However the furntire in the living area was pathetic especially the rocking bed ( dirty and smelly, the bottom wooden pad had lots of dust) The room smelt of mold but the housekeeping staff sprayed something to minimize the smell . Quite disappointed with this experience! We paid 275 CAD $ for one night which was totally a rip off and unacceptable for this hotel , the staff and the service. Not worth even half of that. Very disappointed and scared to book at any other Radisson thanks to this experience!

The room isn't as per Radisson standards.
On the floor above, there was continuous noise because of upgradation work going on which was really annoying.
Also, the bathroom exhaust fans is powered ON 24x7 and makes noise which is very inconvenient while trying to get good sleep.
The pillow are not comfortable at all.

Good comfortable stay, Pool on top of the roof was okay but water was quite cold to swim and no pool towels there, we had to ask the staff to bring some,other than that okay. Reception staff was very helpful and courteous no problem, Good hotel to stay

Size and layout of the room left a lot to be desired - don’t know whose brilliant idea it was to have frosted glass as the bathroom / shower wall separating the bedroom. The light from the bathroom then messed up sleep whenever someone had to use the bathroom in the night. Visible mold in the lining of the shower door and caulks was unpleasant to say the least, not something that one would expect from a Radisson at this price.
All in all, comfortable stay.

Stayed with my friends and booked two rooms for two nights as part of friends get together after many years and my friends flew from different Indian cities.
Well maintained property and rooms, good service, great location, nice lobby and ambiance, responsive staff.
One small request to the hotel group regarding the snacks they provide in the room and when you checkout they ask you what snacks have we consumed during the stay and charge exorbitant prices for those items consumed. Please mention or make it clear to the guests during checkin process that the snacks will be charged as per consumption. It seems very silly and I think its a nuisance value in terms of charging hundreds of rupees for a packet of cashew nuts or chips. And it does not make the check out process seamless. If you cannot provide the snacks as complimentary and free then please don't provide them in the first place. Or find a better way to provide the service.

Comfortable stay. Would suggest to do something about the smell from the "nala" in front of the hotel. Whiffs of foul smell from the nearby nala, when awaiting for taxis.

Breakfast and energy of the staff was excellent. The breakfast was varied and when we asked nicely for things not on the buffet, the team did their best to accomodate our needs.

The staff was excellent, going out of their way with a smile. The breakfast chef prepared my daughter a special dish of waffles and fried chicken when he saw that she was not eating what was on offer. Very impressive! Friendly service! Very good buffet. Will stay there again.

Room was comfortable. I loved the Chai on the 8th floor with wonderful views of Ulsoor lake. Did that on both evenings I was there.

I’ve stayed twice at this hotel. It’s a solid option for Bangalore Centre. Good rooms, nice views of the lake. Set back from the major road, so a bit quieter. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d stay again. I stayed in a regular room last time which was good and did get a VIP upgrade to a really unique room this time. It was spacious, nicely appointed, and overall really excellent.

I had booked a Lake View room, but when I arrived, I was allocated a city view room. when queried, i was then shifted to the booked Lake View Room a little later on the day.
I would have preferred being told during check in that this was being done due to non-availability of the Lake View Room at the time of Check In.
Apart from this, I have been pleased with the hotel and its presentation and the staff. Generally well taken care of.

Very comfortable beds, upscale fittings and light controls. Tv had lots of channels. Only negative was that wifi was limited to 3 devices per room. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options both Indian and continental.

We had a light-late dinner. Service and quality of the food - Super.Breakfast was also excellent and offered a wide variety of options.Unfortunately, we had to leave after breakfast and wished we stayed longer.
